Abstract: A gas detecting module is provided. The gas detecting module includes a base, a piezoelectric actuator, a driving circuit board, a laser component, a particulate sensor and an outer cover. A gas-guiding-component loading regain and a laser loading region are separated by the base. By the design of the gas flowing path, the driving circuit board covering the bottom surface of the base, and the outer cover covering the surfaces of the base, an inlet path is collaboratively defined by the gas inlet groove of the base and the driving circuit board, and an outlet path is collaboratively defined by a gas outlet groove of the base, the outer cover and the driving circuit board. Consequently, the thickness of the gas detecting module is drastically reduced.

Abstract: A method of preventing air pollution in a vehicle is disclosed. Firstly, an out-car gas detection device, an in-car gas detection device and a purification device are provided to detect the air pollution and transmit a respective gas detection datum to a connection device. An in-car gas exchange system is provided for intelligently selecting and controlling a gas outside the vehicle to be introduced or not introduced into the inner space of the vehicle. The connection device receives and compares the gas detection data, so that the connection device selectively transmits a control instruction to the in-car gas exchange system and the purification device, and the air pollution in the inner space of the vehicle is exchanged and filtered, so as to provide clean, safe and breathable air.

Abstract: A wafer structure is disclosed and includes a chip substrate and an inkjet chip. The chip substrate is a silicon substrate fabricated by a semiconductor process on a wafer of 12 inches. The inkjet chips are formed on the chip substrate by the semiconductor process and diced into the inkjet chip. The inkjet chip includes plural ink-drop generators generated by the semiconductor process on the chip substrate. Each of the plurality of ink-drop generators includes a nozzle. A diameter of the nozzle is in a range between 0.5 micrometers and 10 micrometers. A volume of an inkjet drop discharged from the nozzle is in a range between 1 femtoliter and 3 picoliters. The ink-drop generators form plural longitudinal axis array groups having a pitch and plural horizontal axis array groups having a central stepped pitch equal to or less than 1/600 inches.

The ink-supply chamber has a bottom in communication with the protective layer, and a top in communication with the nozzle. The thermal-barrier layer has a thickness of 500˜5000 angstroms, the protective layer has a thickness of 150˜3500 angstroms, the resistance heating layer has a thickness of 100˜500 angstroms, the resistance heating layer has a length of 5˜30 microns, and the resistance heating layer has a width of 5˜10 microns.

Abstract: A wafer structure is disclosed and includes a chip substrate and a plurality of inkjet chips. The chip substrate is a silicon substrate which is fabricated by a semiconductor process. Each ink-drop generator includes a barrier layer, an ink-supply chamber and a nozzle. The ink-supply chamber and the nozzle are integrally formed in the barrier layer.

Abstract: A purification device for exercise environment is provided and includes a main body, a purification unit, a gas guider and a gas detection module. The purification unit, the gas guider and the gas detection module are disposed in the main body to guide the gas outside the main body through the purification unit for filtering and purifying the gas, and discharge a purified gas. The gas detection module detects particle concentration of suspended particles contained in the purified gas. The gas guider is controlled to operate and export the gas at an airflow rate within 3 minutes. The particle concentration of the suspended particles contained in the purified gas, which is filtered by the purification unit, is reduced to and less than 0.75 μg/m3. Consequently, the purified gas is filtered, and an exerciser in an exercise environment can breathe with safety.

The driving module is disposed within the frame and includes a microprocessor, an optical display module and a heat dissipation component. The optical display module is electrically coupled with the microprocessor and configured for displaying an optical image on the at least one monitor. The heat dissipation component includes a heat dissipation base and two heat pipes. The two heat pipes are disposed on the heat dissipation base adjacent to the microprocessor. When the heat generated by the microprocessor is conducted to the heat dissipation base, the two heat pipes perform heat exchange with the heat dissipation base.

Abstract: A wearable display device is disclosed and includes a main body, a heat dissipation processing module and an inflatable actuation module. The main body includes a front cover, a lateral cover, an inflatable airbag, a circuit board and a microprocessor. The heat dissipation processing module is configured to perform heat exchange with the microprocessor, and includes a first actuator, a heat pipe and a cooling chip. The inflatable actuation module includes a base, a ventilation channel, a second actuator and a valve component. When the second actuator and the valve component are driven, the valve component is opened and the second actuator is enabled, the gas is transported and inflates the inflatable airbag through the ventilation channel, so that the main body is stably fitted and positioned on the head of the wearer.
