    Abstract: A monitoring and gas detection information notification system includes monitoring devices and a cloud data processing device. The monitoring devices are respectively disposed at corresponding fixed positions, each of the monitoring devices includes a monitoring module and an actuator-sensor module. The monitoring module captures an image and converts the image into an image data. The actuator-sensor module is disposed in the monitoring module and includes one or more actuators for guiding a gas into the monitoring module and includes one or more sensors for generating a gas detecting data. The cloud data processing device stores and intelligently analyzes the image data and the gas detecting data to generate a processed data, and the cloud data processing device transmits the processed data to a notification processing system so as to conduct a notification of monitoring information and gas detecting information.

    Abstract: A portable electronic device includes a casing and an actuating and sensing module. The casing includes at least one inlet aperture, at least one vent aperture, a first chamber, a second chamber and at least one communication channel. The communication channel is connected between the first chamber and the second chamber. The actuating and sensing module includes an actuating device and a sensor. The actuating device is disposed within the first chamber and closes the inlet aperture. The actuating device further includes a first protective film. The sensor is disposed within the second chamber. When the actuating device is enabled, a gas is guided into the first chamber through the inlet aperture, and the gas is transferred to the second chamber through the communication channel so as to be monitored by the sensor. After the gas is monitored, the gas is outputted from the vent aperture.

    Abstract: A piezoelectric actuator includes a suspension plate, a piezoelectric ceramic plate, an outer frame and a bracket. The suspension plate is permitted to undergo a curvy vibration from a middle portion to a periphery portion. The piezoelectric ceramic plate is attached on the suspension plate. When a voltage is applied to the piezoelectric ceramic plate, the suspension plate is driven to undergo the curvy vibration. The outer frame is arranged around the suspension plate. The bracket is connected between the suspension plate and the outer frame for elastically supporting the suspension plate, and includes an intermediate part formed in a vacant space between the suspension plate and the outer frame and in parallel with the outer frame and the suspension plate, a first connecting part arranged between the intermediate part and the suspension plate, and a second connecting part arranged between the intermediate part and the outer frame.

    Abstract: A positive airway pressure apparatus is disclosed and includes a mask, a micro pump and a processor. The mask is fastened on a user's face and is spatially corresponding to an airway opening of the user, so as to form a closed space. The micro pump is assembled with the cover and is in fluid communication with the exterior of the mask. The processor transmits an actuation control signal to the micro pump so as to actuate the micro pump. Consequently, air is transported into the closed space from the exterior of the mask, and a positive pressure airflow is formed and flows into the airway of the user. A pressure sensor is disposed within the closed space to detect the pressure of the closed space, so that the processor can determine the respiratory state of the user and control the air pressure output of the micro pump correspondingly.

    Abstract: A blood glucose monitoring and controlling system includes a detecting device and a liquid supplying device. The detecting device includes a first microneedle patch, a liquid pumping actuator, a sensor and a monitoring and controlling chip. The liquid supplying device includes a second microneedle patch, a liquid supplying actuator, a liquid supplying chamber and a liquid supplying and controlling chip. The detecting device is used to measure the blood glucose level of the user, and the liquid supplying device is used to supply insulin liquid. While the detecting device measures that the blood glucose level of the user is abnormal, the liquid supplying device is actuated to inject the insulin liquid into the user's body, thereby stabilizing the user's blood glucose level constantly.

    Abstract: A wearable blood pressure measuring device includes a strap structure, a micro gas pump and a pressure sensor. The strap structure is adapted to be worn by a user and has an outer surface and an inner surface. The micro gas pump is disposed on the strap structure. The pressure sensor is combined with the micro gas pump through an elastic medium, disposed on the inner surface of the strap structure and in contact with skin of the user for monitoring blood pressure. The micro gas pump is operated to drive gas, wherein the gas is transported into the elastic medium to inflate the elastic medium with the gas. The expanded elastic medium pushes the pressure sensor to press against the skin of the user for facilitating measurement of a blood pressure of a target artery by a flattening and scanning operation.

    Abstract: A fluid system includes a fluid active region, a fluid channel, a convergence chamber and plural valves. The fluid active region includes at least one fluid-guiding unit enabled to transport fluid and the fluid is discharged out through an outlet aperture of the fluid active region. The fluid channel is in communication with the outlet aperture, and includes plural branch channels. The convergence chamber is in communication with the fluid channel. Each valve includes a base, a piezoelectric actuator and a linking bar. When the piezoelectric actuator is enabled, the carrier plate is driven to move, and the stopping part of the linking bar is correspondingly moved to selectively close or open an outlet of the base.     Abstract: An air-filtering protection device includes a filtering mask and an actuating and sensing device.     Abstract: A piezoelectric actuator for a miniature fluid transportation device is provided and includes a piezoelectric actuating plate and a piezoelectric element. The piezoelectric actuating plate includes a suspension plate, an outer frame, and brackets. The suspension plate has a first thickness. The outer frame is arranged around the suspension plate and has a third thickness. Each of the brackets is connected between the suspension plate and the outer frame and has a fourth thickness. The third thickness is larger than the first thickness, and the first thickness is larger than the fourth thickness. The suspension plate, the outer frame and the brackets are constructed to form different stepped structures to minimize the thickness of the brackets, enhance the elasticity of the brackets. Thus, displacement of the suspension plate in the vertical direction is enhanced and the transportation efficiency of the miniature fluid transportation device is intensified.
