Abstract: This invention reverses male pattern baldness by shocking dormant hair follicles out of their androgen induced hibernation phase back to the active hair-growing anagenic phase. The invention integrates two functions: 1) It blocks synthesis of compounds holding the follicles in the telogenic/hibernating phase and 2) It stimulates synthesis of compounds animating the hair-growing/anagenic phase in the follicular activity cycle. One preferred embodiment comprises an enzyme inhibitor blocking the conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT), a flavonoid simultaneously increasing synthesis of prostaglandins alternative to prostaglandin D2, and a selected cannabinoid compound stimulating restore the hair follicle to its normal growth cycle. This novel trimodal therapy restores the hair follicles to their normal cycling processes and maintains these restorative properties so long as this rebalance in maintained.

Abstract: The present invention teaches a method, system and process for curing, treating and diagnosing arthritis, diabetes and other related autoimmune diseases. By intercepting and mitigating the disease process at the point of origination prevents the disease from developing and stops the lineage of cells causing disease symptoms. This fundamental system addresses cellular events where the immune reaction is emerging thereby preventing advance of the cascade that feeds the disease. Modulating activity of the errant proteins or other substances at this initiating point in the immune response blocks the autoimmune cascade and prevents formation of secondary and tertiary effects that will characterize the disease. As the cascade progresses, the number of participating enzymes and pathways compounds so that each progression step further from the initiation point requires increasingly complex therapies. Thus, by treating the primary cause, secondary and tertiary symptoms do not appear. This avoids the side effects observed in multi-faceted approaches presently used to manage the disease symptoms rather than disease causation.

Abstract: A drone traffic management system comprising a computer comprising memory means for storing origin coordinates indicating an origin location of a drone, destination coordinates indicating a destination of the drone, and traffic management factors located between the origin location of the drone and the destination of the drone; and processing means for controlling the flight of a drone. This is accomplished by calculating a flight path for the drone to fly automatically from the origin location to the destination location without manual intervention, sending the flight path to the drone, receiving location data of the drone as it travels from the origin location to the destination, re-calculating the flight path of the drone as a function of the traffic management factors and the location data of the drone, and sending the re-calculated flight path to the drone.

Abstract: Social network members control access to and utilization of their data. Static information associated with the member is acquired, and computer-based activities of the member are recorded to generate dynamic information associated with the member. A set of member preferences are acquired from the member, including an identification of a third party to whom access of the member profile is granted by the member in exchange for compensation to the member. A member profile is constructed including the static information associated with the member, the dynamic information associated with the member, and the member preferences. The member profile is transmitted to the third party identified in the member preferences, and compensation is provided to the member exchange for access to the member profile. The member profile is stored in a blockchain ledger and is updated by recording each computer-based activity to a record in the blockchain ledger.

Abstract: This invention provides tools and methods that prevent a cancer cell from growing and reproducing more cancer cells in a diseased animal. When growth ceases the body's immune defenses are enabled to attack and destroy these cells if the cancer cell itself has not initiated its own natural apoptotic self-destruction processes. The tools and methods of the invention obstruct the metabolic adaptions required to support cancer growth. By addressing the increased rates of metabolism characteristic of all rapidly reproducing cancer cells using chemical and/or physical nanotechnology to identify, segregate, isolate these hypermetabolizing cells, the body's immune system and other natural defenses are empowered to further isolate and eliminate the diseased cells. The extreme growth rates required for their rapid reproduction involve massively increased rates of the biochemical reactions supporting the cancerous growth. Each excess reaction produces extra heat and raises the internal cell's temperature and the tissue space immediate to the rapidly growing cells. This heat signature is used as a primary biomarker that enables binding of a nanoviral particle engineered to migrate to at attach at the target site at the site and prevent the cell from continued metabolism. Preferably, the nanoparticle not only binds and blocks external membrane receptors on the target cell, but incorporates into the rapidly metabolizing cells additional metabolic blocking agents to stop their growth. When cell growth and proliferation are stopped, the body's natural defenses are able to segregate and eliminate these cells. The massively increased rates of metabolic reactions characteristic of cancer cells also produce excess acid. The decreased pH is useful as a secondary or confirmatory marker for identifying these cancer cells.

Abstract: This invention provides compositions and methods for cellular regeneration and more rapid healing of surface lesions such as cuts, abrasions, rashes and other skin disturbances. A preferred consumer-based and battlefield embodiment features a spray-on composition delivering at least one substance that stimulates intercellular communication using tunneling nanotubes (TNTs). The induced TNTs increase transport of chemical and/or electrochemical information between more stable and nascent cells or between more intact and damaged cells. The inventive substance is applicable for use for ordinary household type injuries as well as industrial and/or battlefield events, perhaps from physical or chemical accidents or even several types of chemical weapons. Other preferred embodiments incorporate a sealant composition or coating to shield the affected surface area designated for healing from contamination and/or solvents/carriers to facilitate transdermal delivery of one or more pharmaceutically active ingredients.

Abstract: The present invention provides a process and method for preventing and/or treating protein based diseases, including, but not limited to: Alzheimer's and other amyloid based disease groups. This method recognizes correlative similarities across genomics, phenotypic and pharmacologic analytics and data to identify a list of existing compounds as high probability targets to act as inhibitors and/or stimulants close to a disease of interest. Pertinent genetic or epigenetic variances, or protein expression anomalies, are used to assemble a list of existing compounds through the use of artificial intelligence, machine learning and algorithmic relationships. This invention applies current genomic, phenotypic and pharmacological data to leverage data previously obtained in pursuit of other disease treatments. Accordingly, the current invention collapses cycle time to discovery and dramatically reduces costs. Through this system of active compounds created from tenuous relationships exhibits an elevated probability of success. Using a selection of algorithms that coordinate relationships including, but not limited to: genomic, epigenomic, phenotypic, protein dysregulation, cultural, pharmacological, etc., data, the present invention collapses cycle time of development and dramatically reduces costs by accessing data on target rich groups of previously tested abstractly related compounds.
