    Abstract: There is provided a deodorizing material having particularly high deodorization capabilities for ammonia, acetaldehyde, and toluene. The deodorizing material of the present invention comprises fibrous activated carbon; and (A) an aromatic amine and a sulfate of the aromatic amine or (B) an aromatic amine, a sulfate of the aromatic amine, and sulfuric acid, supported on the fibrous activated carbon, wherein a total substance amount of the aromatic amine and the sulfate of the aromatic amine supported per gram of the fibrous activated carbon is 0.85 to 1.35 mmol, and a ratio of the total substance amount (mmol) of the aromatic amine and the sulfate of the aromatic amine supported per gram of the fibrous activated carbon relative to a total substance amount (mmol) of the sulfate of the aromatic amine and the sulfuric acid supported per gram of the fibrous activated carbon ([total substance amount of the aromatic amine and the sulfate of the aromatic amine]÷[total substance amount of the sulfate of the aromatic amine and the sulfuric acid]) is 5.0 to 7.5.

    Abstract: To provide a process for producing a needle-punched nonwoven fabric with which, when finished by embossing, it is possible to obtain a hardly fluffing and distinct rugged pattern. [Solution] Sheath-core composite fibers are accumulated and a fibrous web is formed. The core component of the sheath-core composite fiber is formed from a copolymer of ethylene glycol and terephthalic acid. The sheath component is formed from a copolymer of ethylene glycol, adipic acid, terephthalic acid, isophthalic acid and diethylene glycol. The sheath-core composite fibers are three dimensionally interlaced with each other by needle-punching the web, to obtain the needle-punched nonwoven fabric. The needle-punched nonwoven fabric is passed through heated embossed roll to provide a rugged pattern on a surface. During the process, the sheath component are softening melted and melt bonded between the sheath-core composite fibers to obtain an embossed nonwoven fabric having a distinct rugged pattern.

    Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a bismaleimide using an aliphatic diamine, in which acid components remaining as an impurity at a very small amount in the bismaleimide have been effectively removed, that is, a bismaleimide using an aliphatic diamine, an acid value of which has sufficiently been reduced, and a method for producing it. There are provided a bismaleimide using an aliphatic diamine as a diamine component, characterized in that an acid value thereof is 2 mg-KOH/g or less, and a method for producing the bismaleimide, comprising adding carbodiimide to a solution comprising a crude bismaleimide having an acid value of more than 2 mg-KOH/g, and reacting acid components in the crude bismaleimide with carbodiimide.

    Abstract: Provided is a polyamide resin composition including 0.01 to 50 parts by mass of cellulose fiber in relation to 100 parts by mass of a polyamide resin, having a relative viscosity of 2.3 or more, and having an L-value, an a-value and a b-value in an Lab color space of 20 or more, 10 or less and 20 or less, respectively. The aforementioned polyamide resin composition is obtained by subjecting a polyamide resin composition having a relative viscosity of 2.2 or less to a solid phase polymerization.
