Abstract: A method of transmitting a PUCCH by a UE in a wireless communication system is provided. The method includes receiving (i) first information related to an uplink (UL) bandwidth part (BWP), (ii) second information related to the number of resource blocks (RBs) for the PUCCH, and (iii) third information related to an index of one initial PUCCH resource set among a plurality of initial PUCCH resource sets, determining whether the one initial PUCCH resource set is valid based on at least of the size of the UL BWP and the number of the RBs, and transmitting the PUCCH through a PUCCH resource included in the one initial PUCCH resource set based on the one initial PUCCH resource set being valid.

The PUCCH resource is determined to be one of 16 PUCCH resources in a PUCCH resource set. The PUCCH resource set is a PUCCH resource set for a state in which there is no dedicated PUCCH resource configuration in a terminal. The number of physical resource blocks (PRBs) of the PUCCH resource can be determined on the basis of a received system information block (SIB).

An FDRA field in the DCI includes LSBs of K bits including information about an RB set. The K bits are converted into L bits on the basis of the number N of RB sets set in the current active BWP being different from the number M of RB sets set in a specific BWP.
