Abstract: An array substrate, a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device are provided. The array substrate includes a peripheral common electrode line for supplying a common voltage and a plurality of sub-pixels. The array substrate further includes first connection portions and second connection portions; the first connection portions extend along a first direction and are provided between the peripheral common electrode line and common electrodes of the sub-pixels adjacent to a side of the peripheral common electrode line along a second direction, for electrically connecting the peripheral common electrode line with the common electrodes of the sub-pixels adjacent to the side of the peripheral common electrode line along the second direction; and the second connection portions extend long the first direction and are provided between the common electrodes of adjacent sub-pixels along the first direction, for electrically connecting the common electrodes of the adjacent sub-pixels along the first direction.

Abstract: Provided is a display apparatus, including a substrate including: a pixel electrode; an organic insulating film; a common electrode laminated on the organic insulating film so as to be opposed to the pixel electrode via an insulating layer; a common signal line connected to the common electrode; and a transistor configured to apply, to the pixel electrode, a voltage signal input to a signal line. The pixel electrode is connected to a source electrode of the transistor via a through hole formed through the organic insulating film. The through hole includes, in at least one extending portion formed by retreating the organic insulating film toward an outer side of the through hole, a stepped portion formed by laminating a part of the common signal line.

Each short-circuit portion of the plurality of short-circuit portions includes a contact surface contacting the common line, and at least two of the short-circuit portions include contact surfaces having different sizes.

Abstract: A display device with a wide viewing angle is provided. A display device with a high aperture ratio is provided. The display device includes a first display element, a second display element, and an insulating layer. The first display element includes a first pixel electrode configured to reflect visible light. The second display element is configured to emit visible light. The second display element includes a second pixel electrode and a common electrode. The first pixel electrode is positioned on an opposite side of the insulating layer from the second pixel electrode. The common electrode is positioned on an opposite side of the second pixel electrode from the insulating layer. A shortest distance X between a first plane and a second plane is longer than or equal to 500 nm and shorter than or equal to 200 μm. The first plane includes a plane of the first pixel electrode on the insulating layer side in a display region of the first display element, and the second plane includes a plane of the common electrode on the insulating layer side in a display region of the second display element.

The semiconductor device includes a first transistor, a second transistor, a first switch, a second switch, and a third switch. A first terminal of the first transistor is connected to a first wiring. A second terminal of the first transistor is connected to a second wiring. A gate and a first terminal of the second transistor are connected to the first wiring. A second terminal of the second transistor is connected to a gate of the first transistor. Abstract: An array substrate, a manufacturing method thereof and a display device are disclosed. The array substrate comprises a plurality of pixel unit regions each including a thin-film transistor (TFTs) and a pixel electrode. A first insulating layer provided with a first through hole and a second through hole is formed between an active layer of the TFT and the pixel electrode. A source electrode of the TFT is connected with the active layer through the first through hole. A drain electrode of the TFT is lapped onto the pixel electrode and connected with the active layer through the second through hole. The array substrate can prevent the oxidization of metal such as copper in the process of patterning a transparent conductive film.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a PDLC display device and a PDLC display device. The method for manufacturing a PDLC display device according to the present invention includes mixing PDLC with graphene nanoparticles to improve the response speed of the PDLC and reduce a driving voltage of the PDLC, and also combines QDs to make a novel high color saturation display device, which requires no alignment layer and polarizer, providing a simple manufacturing process, showing an innovated and unique displaying effect, demonstrating at least four displaying modes of red, green, blue, and indistinctness, and overcoming light leakage of pixels and color mixture occurring in an existing PDLC display device. The PDLC display device according to the present invention includes a PLDC substrate, an array substrate, and a QD substrate, having a simple structure, showing an innovated and unique displaying effect, demonstrating at least four displaying modes of red, green, blue, and indistinctness, and overcoming light leakage of pixels and color mixture occurring in an existing PDLC display device.

Abstract: A display device with an integrated touch screen and a method of driving the same are provided. In a method of driving a display device including an integrated touch screen, including a panel including a plurality of electrodes that are divided into n number of groups, where n is an integer greater than or equal to two, and a touch sensing unit, the method includes: applying data voltages to a plurality of pixels of the panel, during a high logic period of a horizontal sync signal, and applying, by the touch sensing unit, a touch scan signal to one of the n groups every n or more low logic periods of the horizontal sync signal, the touch scan signal being applied to each of the n groups at least one time, during one frame.
