    Abstract: A fluid control valve and manufacturing method thereof, wherein, when a pressing force acts on the engagement surface between a diaphragm member and a valve seat-contacting member, the valve seat-contacting member is not displaced and no gap is formed. The diaphragm member made of a first fluorine-based resin material is provided with a diaphragm membrane and a rod-shaped part in the center of the diaphragm membrane. The valve seat-contacting member made of an injection-moldable second fluorine-based resin material is provided with a ring-shaped sealing surface and a recess on the opposite side from the ring-shaped sealing surface. The rod-shaped part is partly fitted into the recess. A ring-shaped recessed is formed on outer circumference of a portion of the rod-shaped part. A small diameter recess is formed on the inner circumference of the recess. The ring-shaped recess section and the small diameter recess adhere closely to form the engagement surface.

    Abstract: A three-dimensional measurement device includes: an optical system that splits incident light into two lights and radiates lights to a measurement object and to a reference surface, and recombines the two lights to emit combined light; a first irradiator that emits first light including first polarized light and entering a first surface; a second irradiator that emits second light including second polarized light and entering a second surface; a first imaging system to which the first output light enters wherein the first output light is emitted from the first surface when the first light enters the first surface; a second imaging system to which the second output light enters wherein the second output light is emitted from the second surface when the second light enters the second surface; and an image processor that performs three-dimensional measurement based on interference fringe images obtained by the first and second imaging systems.

    Abstract: An actuator-operation detecting apparatus is configured to check the operating state of a piston of an actuator. The actuator includes a double-acting cylinder, the piston that partitions the cylinder into a first pressure acting chamber and a second pressure acting chamber, and a rod connected to an end face of the piston facing the second pressure acting chamber. The actuator-operation detecting apparatus includes a first pressure detector to detect the pressure in the first pressure acting chamber, a second pressure detector to detect the pressure in the second pressure acting chamber, a differential amplifier circuit to calculate a thrust force acting on the piston based on the pressures detected by the first and second pressure detectors and the pressure-receiving area of the piston, and a microcomputer to monitor the operation of the piston based on the thrust force.

    Abstract: A fluid control valve includes a multi-stage piston actuator unit with first piston and second pistons coaxially and slidably arranged therein and a valve unit provided with an inlet port for inflow of a control fluid and an outlet port for outflow of the control fluid. The first and second pistons are slidable in a sliding direction perpendicular to an imaginary line connecting the center of the inlet port and the center of the outlet port. The multi-stage piston actuator unit has a smaller thickness in a direction perpendicular to the imaginary line and perpendicular to the sliding direction than the thickness of the valve unit in the direction perpendicular to the imaginary line and perpendicular to the sliding direction. The first and second pistons have either an elliptic or oval cross-section taken perpendicular to the sliding direction, the cross-section having a long axis parallel to the imaginary line.

    Abstract: A fluid control valve for controlling high-temperature fluid includes: a valve body including a valve chamber communicating with first and second flow passages, and a valve seat provided in the valve chamber; a metal diaphragm that contacts with and separates from the valve seat; a stem that moves the metal diaphragm up and down; and an actuator that drives the stem. The first flow passage includes a first orifice having a diameter set to 50% or less of a diameter of the second flow passage. Alternatively, the second flow passage includes a second orifice having a diameter set to 50% or less of the diameter of the second flow passage. The diameter of the second flow passage is calculated by converting a cylindrical flow passage area defined between the valve seat and the metal diaphragm when separated from the valve seat into a diameter of a circular flow passage.
