    Abstract: The invention provides a dynamic seal test device for cryogenic fluid medium. The dynamic seal test device includes stator unit, rotor unit, slipway, servo motor unit and sensors. The tested seal is installed inside the stator, and the thermal insulation stator and vacuum rotor together form a dynamic seal test structure. The seals and shaft sleeves can be flexibly replaced, which is beneficial to study the influence of different seal types, structure, and seal land configurations on the sealing performance. The servo motor provides power for the rotor and controls the rotation speed. The device greatly improves the thermal insulation capacity to avoid the gasification for the cryogenic fluid medium induced by the heat transfer from environment so that ensuring the stability of the test device.

    Abstract: An ultrasonic cutter detection method and device, the method comprises the following steps: preliminary detection: frequency amplitude detection and fall-of-potential detection, if the ultrasonic cutter fails the above two detection solutions in the preliminary detection, repeating the two detections; if the ultrasonic cutter still fails the above two detection solutions, the ultrasonic cutter is judged to be unqualified; and reinspection: free modal detection and pressure modal detection. Using differences of the ultrasonic cutters surface in micro-crack directions that result in different degrees of sensitivity of crack to different ultrasonic vibration modes, combined with the fall-of-potential method and frequency amplitude detection method, a detection rate and a detection velocity of an unqualified ultrasonic cutter can be improved.

    Abstract: The present invention belongs to the technical field of machining of fiber-reinforced composites, and relates to a method for measuring distribution of a thrust force during drilling of a unidirectional composite along with a fiber cutting angle. The method includes: cutting the surface a composite sample piece to form a groove; drilling on an existing experimental platform for measuring a thrust force during drilling, where a through hole obtained through the drilling is required to intersect with the groove; obtaining a curve of the thrust force during drilling, comparing the curve with a conventional curve of the thrust force to find a mutation point, and determining the mutation point, namely a fiber cutting angle at the groove; and calculating fluctuation periods of the thrust force according to machining parameters to reckon the distribution of the thrust force along with the fiber cutting angle in all the periods.

    Abstract: A method for forming a large-size curved thin-walled metal skin is disclosed, wherein the position and size characteristics of stiffeners on a curved panel is extracted; the thickness of the curved panel and the thin-walled skin after assembly is assumed to be m, and a forming surface of the punch is offset outwards along a normal line by the thickness m to obtain the characteristics of the inner surface of a female die; the number of the discrete support moulds is set to be the same as the number n of the stiffeners based on the size and distribution of the stiffeners on the curved panel; and the punch and the female die combined with the discrete support moulds are used to carry out stamping of a curved thin-walled slab to obtain a required thin-walled skin component.

    Abstract: A monocular vision six-dimensional measurement method for high-dynamic large-range arbitrary contouring error of a CNC machine tool of the present invention belongs to the field of dynamic error detection of machine tools, and relates to a six-dimensional measurement method for high-dynamic large-range arbitrary contouring error of a CNC machine tool using a monocular vision measurement technology with short-time stroboscopic illumination and a priori standard plate. The method designs a measurement fixture and a measurement system, and uses a monocular vision pose algorithm to improve both the visual measurable dimension and range of interpolated contour in combination with priori knowledge. In light of the principle of error distribution, a small field of view is used to enhance the measurement accuracy of the coded primitives in the images. Then, by traversing all the acquired images using the proposed method, we can obtain the six-dimensional motion contour; and the six-dimensional contouring error caused by the imperfect machine interpolation can be computed by comparing the measured contour with the nominal one. The method enhances the measurable dimension of the vision technology through the monocular vision pose algorithm in combination with a datum transformation method, and realizes the six-dimensional measurement of large-range arbitrary contouring error of the CNC machine tool under the small field of view.

    Abstract: An application method of the thermal error-temperature loop in the spindle of a CNC machine tool. This uses a bar and two displacement sensors to determine radial thermal errors of the spindle. Meanwhile two temperature sensors are used to determine the temperature of the upper and lower surfaces of the spindle box. Then, the thermal error-temperature loop is drawn with the temperature difference between two temperature sensors as the abscissa and the radial thermal error of the spindle as the ordinate. Finally, the loop is employed to analyze the mechanism of the radial thermal deformation of the spindle and the thermal error level is evaluated. Since the method is based on measured data, the results of the analysis are closer to the reality, compared to those from the numerical simulations.

    Abstract: A Simulink modeling method for a mechanical hydraulic device of an aeroengine fuel regulator is proposed. The Simulink modeling method can implement high precision simulation of a mechanical hydraulic device of an engine fuel conditioning system, and greatly increase the simulation speed as compared with the existing modeling simulation in AMESim; solve the problem of a double-layered nested algebraic loop occurring when the mechanical hydraulic device is modeled in Simulink, and improve the simulation precision of the system. In addition, because of having certain universality, the resolving method for a double-layered nested algebraic loop can be generalized to resolve other types of algebraic loops. Meanwhile, the parameters of the simulation model provided by the present invention can be conveniently modified, and can provide a reference for modeling simulation of mechanical and hydraulic devices of engine fuel conditioning systems of other types.

    Abstract: An axial displacement amplified eddy current damper is disclosed. The axial movement of a slide bar is converted into the rotation of copper sheets and generates eddy current for energy consumption. The copper sheets are rotated and amplified by adjusting the sizes of gears. The short displacement of the slide bar can cause a large angle rotation of the copper sheets, so that energy consumption efficiency is high. The damping parameter can be adjusted by adjusting the magnetic field strength of permanent magnets, the thickness of the copper sheets and the distance from the copper sheets to the permanent magnets. The permanent magnets are adopted to provide continuous magnetic field sources, without external energy, thereby generating long-term and stable vibration reduction effect.

    Abstract: A pressure measuring device for a scale model for elastic similar structure of a wing in a large transport plane adopts a bracket for pressure measuring steel pipes formed by 3D printing, shapes of an upper surface and an lower surface of the bracket are completely the same as local airfoile profiles of a skin at required pressure measuring positions, and the upper surface and the lower surface of the bracket are bonded to the skin and wing beams; a pressure measuring hose is connected with the pressure measuring steel pipe, and the pressure measuring steel pipe is embedded into the bracket and fixed to it; the upper surface and the lower surface of the bracket are provided with semi-cylindrical convex structures; and the pressure measuring steel pipe extends out of the pressure measuring hole in the surface of the skin for pressure measuring steel pipe in the bracket.
