Abstract: A coated panel with a substrate and a decorative top layer. The substrate includes an, optionally filled, plastic composite. The coated panel is provided on at least a first pair of two opposite edges with mechanical coupling means that allow two such panels to be coupled to each other on the first pair of edges in question. Locking is obtained both in a vertical direction perpendicular to the plane of the coupled panels, and in a horizontal direction perpendicular to the respective edges and in the plane of the coupled panels. The mechanical coupling means or coupling parts allow a displacement in the direction along the coupled edges.

Abstract: A tile that may be used as a covering on a floor, wall, or ceiling surface comprises at least a top section and a core layer may be made from a densified foam material. Abstract: The present invention discloses a two-layer composite wood floor board, comprising a face plate and a base plate, wherein the face plate is disposed above the base plate, the face plate is glued to the base plate, the base plate is formed by peeling a log, the lower part of the base plate is provided with more than one grooves, and reinforcing ribs are disposed in part or all of the grooves. The present invention has the following advantageous effects: on one hand, the area of a single base material formed by peeling is larger so that the number of gluing is reduced for manufacturing a floor board having the same area, thereby greatly reducing adhesive consumption, and meanwhile, the increase of the outturn percentage of the log and the simplification of the machining process are achieved by manufacturing the base plate through peeling, thereby greatly improving the production efficiency.
