Abstract: Provided is a new capacitive touch detection device, detection method, and touch screen panel for detecting a touch signal by detecting a voltage difference of a sensor pattern from a driving voltage applied by an auxiliary capacitor, and to a display device having a built-in capacitive touch screen. A capacitive touch detection device includes: a sensor pattern (10) forming a touch capacitance (Ct) in between a touch input device and the sensor pattern; an auxiliary capacitor (Caux) connected on one side to the sensor pattern (10) and having a driving voltage for touch detection applied to the other side thereof; a charging unit (12) for providing pre-charge signals to the touch capacitance (Ct) and the auxiliary capacitor (Caux); and a touch detection sensor (14) which is connected to the sensor pattern (10) and which detects a touch signal by detecting a voltage difference in the sensor pattern (10) when the touch capacitance (Ct) is added to the auxiliary capacitor (Caux) according to a touch of a touch input instrument. Effects of parasitic capacitance generated due to noise, coupling phenomena and other factors are minimized, to thus stably acquire touch signals.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a flat panel and a flat panel display. The flat panel comprises a plurality of pixels, and in each pixel: the first ion transport layer and the first transparent electrode layer respectively generate a first hole and a first electron, and the organic light emitting layer generates white light; the second ion transport layer and the second transparent electrode layer respectively generate a second hole and a second electron, and the electrochromic layer changes color; a value of the second voltage is adjusted to make the electrochromic layer change to be three colors of red, green, blue, and to correspondingly generate red light, green light and blue light with the white light generated by the organic light emitting layer, and the generated red light, green light and blue light are color mixed to be kinds of colors.

Abstract: A semiconductor device includes: a first metal layer including a gate electrode; a first insulating layer provided on the first metal layer; an oxide semiconductor layer provided on the first insulating layer; a second insulating layer provided on the oxide semiconductor layer; a second metal layer provided on the oxide semiconductor layer and the second insulating layer, the second metal layer including a source electrode; a third insulating layer provided on the second metal layer; and a first transparent electrode layer provided on the third insulating layer. The oxide semiconductor layer includes a first portion lying above the gate electrode and a second portion extending from the first portion so as to lie across an edge of the gate electrode on the drain electrode side. The third insulating layer does not include an organic insulating layer. The second insulating layer and the third insulating layer have a first contact hole which overlaps the second portion of the oxide semiconductor layer when viewed in a normal direction of the substrate. The first transparent electrode layer includes a transparent electrically-conductive layer which is in contact with the second portion of the oxide semiconductor layer in the first contact hole.

Abstract: The present invention provides a liquid crystal display device. By mixing the quantum dots of different light emitting wavelengths in the liquid crystals to replace the color resist layer on the CF substrate, the liquid crystal display panel still can emit lights of RGB three colors in condition of without the color resist layer. Meanwhile, by mixing the dichroic dye with polarization function in the liquid crystals, the arrangement of one polarizer can be eliminated. In comparison with the traditional liquid crystal display panel, the liquid crystal display panel of the present invention eliminates the components, such as the color resist layer and the upper polarizer. The structure is simple, and the manufacture cost is low. Meanwhile, the color display quality of the liquid crystal display panel is great, and the light transmission ratio is high, which effectively promote the light use efficiency and the display performance of the liquid crystal display device.

Abstract: A display device includes pixel electrodes formed in an image display area of a substrate, a common electrode formed in the image display area, inside signal lines formed inside the image display area, and electrically connected to the pixel electrodes, outside signal lines formed outside the image display area, and electrically connected to the inside signal lines, and a common line formed inside and outside the image display area, and electrically connected to the common electrode. An image is displayed under a control of a light using an electric field developed between the pixel electrodes and the common electrode. A coupling capacitance is formed between the inside signal lines and the common electrode. The outside signal lines each include a first, portion, and a second portion higher in electric resistance than the first portion and the inside signal lines.
