Abstract:
Provided are a niraparib sustained and controlled release pharmaceutical composition and use thereof. The sustained and controlled release pharmaceutical composition contains dissolution-improved niraparib and a matrix polymer used for regulating release rate; the steady-state plasma concentration trough value Cmin,ss of the pharmaceutical composition is 0.5-4 μM; the steady-state plasma concentration peak value Cmax,ss is 0.8-6 μM.
Abstract:
According to an example, in a method, an access point may determine whether the access point is to function as an unconnected mesh portal in a wireless mesh network. In response to a determination that the access point is to function as an unconnected mesh portal in the wireless mesh network, the access point may use a self-assigned Internet Protocol (IP) addressing technique to obtain an IP address for the access point. In addition, the access point may implement a stored static mesh key to form the wireless mesh network with another access point and to output configuration information to the another access point.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus collect and upload implicit analytic data. The method can include storing dependency rules corresponding explicit events to implicit events. The method can include collecting and storing implicit event data corresponding to implicit events. The method can include receiving an explicit event at the device. The method can include evaluating dependency rules corresponding to the explicit event. The method can include identifying a relevant subset of implicit event data corresponding to the explicit event based on evaluating the dependency rules. The method can include uploading the relevant subset of the implicit event data and explicit event data corresponding to the explicit event.
Abstract:
A method for making items of clothing having shape memory, the method comprising: synthesizing (31) a shape memory polyurethane; subjecting (34) the shape memory polyurethane to wet spinning, dry spinning, melt spinning or multi-component spinning in order to produce shape memory fibers; and knitting or weaving (36) the shape memory fibers to form the item of clothing.
Abstract:
Described are CdTe/CdS/ZnS core/shell/shell nanocrystals, methods for making the same, and their use in biomedical and photonic applications, such as sensors for analytes in cells and preparation of field effect transistors. In particular, the disclosure provides a nanocrystal having a CdTe core, a CdS coating over the core, and a ZnS core over the CdS coating, where the nanocrystal has a photoluminescence maximum between about 650 nm and 900 nm.
Abstract:
A method and system for capturing expert behavior that the expert is not even necessarily conscious of, such as gaze patterns, that are tied to positive outcomes, and to create a catalog (e.g. database) of these behaviors. The system compares the current behavior of a person, for example a novice, against this catalog of expert behaviors. If the current behavior is significantly different, the system would adapt various aspects of the interface to bring the current behavior closer in line to that of the expert.
Abstract:
A process for the pre-treatment of Mo/ZSM-5 and Mo/MCM-22 catalysts is provided, which process comprises heating the catalyst at 500° C. in the presence of propane. The treated catalyst, when used in the non-oxidative dehydrogenation of methane demonstrates improved benzene yield and catalyst stability as compared to catalysts pre-treated with He, methane or H2.
Abstract:
The disclosure provides method and composition utilizing fluorescent amino acids and endogenous fluorescent proteins comprising a moiety capable of undergoing FRET. The methods and compositions of the disclosure are useful in analyzing protein structure and function, and screening molecular inhibitors.
Abstract:
There is provided a method and device for measuring an ion concentration of a sample. The method comprises exposing a chemical sensor to the sample to provide an electrical output signal 5 representing said ion concentration and controlling a titrator exposed to the sample to release or absorb a quantity of ions to the sample. The method may use feedback means comprising Pulse Width Modulation control to drive the titrator such that the sample maintains a stable ion concentration.
Abstract:
A photovoltaic (PV) control system generates a power output rate control signal based on a monitored rate of change of collective power output generated via a plurality of PV subsystems and a desired collective output power change rate for the plurality of PV subsystems and communicates the power output rate control signal to the plurality of PV subsystems to control a rate of change of one or more operating parameters of individual PV subsystems in order to control a rate of change of collective output power of the plurality of solar PV subsystems.
