Abstract:
A transformer for a microwave oven capable of preventing quality deterioration thereof due to damaged insulating paper, includes a first core having a coil inserting section having one open side; a plurality of coils sequentially inserted into the coil inserting section in an inter-electrically insulated state; a second core coupled,to the first core, and for covering the open side of the coil inserting section; and a resin molding section formed to cover the whole area of the plurality of coils.
Abstract:
A method for forming a resin molding on a coil of a transformer is disclosed. The method comprises the steps of inserting a coil into an auxiliary spacing apparatus, inserting the auxiliary spacing apparatus into a mold, and forming a resin molding for the auxiliary spacing apparatus with the coil by putting a resin into the mold. According to the methods, the coil is not damaged and a resin molding is formed with an uniform thickness.
Abstract:
An oven, which both satisfies heat insulating and cooling of a door by adjusting an air flow in channels formed in the door. The oven includes a plurality of channels provided in a door, into which external air flows, accompanied with air discharged by a discharge duct, such that the air flows in the plurality of the channels, and a flow conversion part formed above at least one of the plurality of the channels for stagnating the flow of air. Since the door insulates a cooking chamber from heat and is cooled using a difference of pressures between upper and lower portions of the door, the oven concurrently satisfies conflicting two requirements, such as heat insulating and cooling of the door.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a dual clutch device which comprises: a retainer portion to which a rotation force is transmitted; a pair of plate portions provided to the retainer portion; disc portions which are respectively arranged at the plate portions; a hub portion connected to the disc portion; piston portions which respectively apply pressure to the plate portions; driving portions which respectively move the piston portions; and a restoration portion which is arranged between the driving portions and provides a restoration force to the piston portions. The dual clutch device, according to the invention, uses one restoration portion, thereby simplifying a flow path and reducing the size of a product.
Abstract:
A heating apparatus for cooking having a steam-generating device, which is easily cleaned and hygienically used and has improved steam-generating effects. The heating apparatus includes a main body having a cooking chamber; a hot air chamber formed in at least one surface of both side and rear surfaces of the cooking chamber for supplying hot air to the cooking chamber; and a steam-generating device installed in the hot air chamber for supplying steam to the cooking chamber.
Abstract:
A cooking device having a cooking compartment, which is divided by a partition. The cooking device includes a partitioning member, installed in a cooking chamber, for partitioning the cooking chamber into a first cooking chamber and a second cooking chamber, a heater for heating food placed in the cooking chamber, and a ventilating device for ventilating air in the first cooking chamber and the second cooking chamber, independently.
Abstract:
An oven capable of preventing heat transfer from one cooking space having relatively high temperature to another cooking space having relatively low temperature along each side plate of a cooking chamber having a plurality of partitioned cooking spaces. The oven includes an insulating unit and a cooling unit mounted at each side plate to prevent heat transfer between first and second cooking spaces along each side plate. The insulating unit includes a slit formed right under the partition, an insulating member fitted in the slit, and a supporting member attached to the inside of each side plate. The cooling unit includes an air guide member attached to the outside of each side plate to cover the insulating member, and a blowing fan connected to the air guide member to forcibly blow outside air to the air guide member.
Abstract:
An electric oven includes a partition member to partition a cooking chamber into two cooking regions. The partition member for use in the electric oven includes an insulating board interposed between upper and lower plates of the partition member, and a shock-absorbing unit to prevent damage to the insulating board. Using the electric oven configured as stated above, it is possible to intercept heat transfer between the partitioned respective cooking regions, thereby preventing heat loss between the respective cooking regions and damage to the interior of the partition member.
Abstract:
An electric cooking apparatus and method of controlling heaters thereof, in which the heaters operate according to power-ON periods and power-OFF periods set in view of a temperature of the heaters, consumption of unnecessary power is reduced, and variations of heat supplied to a cooking cavity are decreased, thus improving quality of cooking and shortening overall cooking periods. The method includes detecting a temperature of a cooking cavity, and operating the heater according to preset power-ON and power-OFF periods allowing the heaters to maintain a temperature within a range around a certain temperature when the temperature of the cooking cavity reaches a set temperature.
Abstract:
In the microwave oven having a high voltage driving part with a high voltage transformer, a switching unit applies electric power to the high voltage driving part. In the switching unit, when switched on, an operational contact firstly comes in contact with a first contact coupled with a PTC thermistor and secondly with a second contact after a given time period, and a driving unit generates driving force and turns on/off the switching unit. Since the switching unit and driving unit may be simply installed to effectively eliminate the inrush current, assembly and work efficiencies are improved according to a simpler wiring process, and also, the total manufacturing cost for the microwave oven is reduced.
