Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the field of underwater target detection, and in particular, to a method for detecting a moving target based on spatial slices of transformed spatio-temporal frequency space. The method includes: segmenting a target radiated acoustic signal received by an M-element horizontal line array in an underwater acoustic environment with a low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR); performing N-point discrete Fourier transform (DFT) on the received signal on each array element in each period of time; performing frequency domain beamforming on an array signal after each section of DFT, and performing stacking after compensating a phase difference between arrays brought by an azimuth of each primitive element; performing coordinate transformation on a frequency-azimuth-time three-dimensional (3D) matrix space obtained; taking a slice from the obtained frequency-azimuth-time 3D space subjected to the coordinate transformation; and performing segmented Radon transform on the spatial slice obtained to detect the target.

By means of the present invention, electromagnetic force generated during pickup of the armature can be effectively improved.

Abstract: The disclosure belongs to the technical field of integrated navigation under non-ideal conditions, and in particular relates to a robust filtering method for integrated navigation based on a statistical similarity measure (SSM). In view of the situation that there are normal beam measurement information of the DVL and beam measurement information with a large error simultaneously in a SINS/DVL tightly integrated system, and aiming at the problem that the existing robust filters of an integrated navigation system process the measurement information in a rough manner and are likely to lead to loss of normal measurement information, the disclosure proposes a novel robust filtering method based on decomposition of multi-dimensional measurement equations and the SSM. The disclosure introduces the SSM theory while decomposing the multi-dimensional measurement equations of the SINS/DVL tightly integrated navigation system, and assists the measurement noise variance of each beam to complete respective adaptive update in case of a large measurement error, finally ensuring independence of processing of the measurement information of each beam. The disclosure can be used in the field of integrated navigation of underwater vehicles under non-ideal conditions.

Abstract: The present disclosure designs a rotation matrix-based factor graph cooperative localization algorithm. Firstly, the reasons of sudden increase in an error in an operation process of a conventional factor graph cooperative localization algorithm are analyzed; secondly, a rotation matrix is designed, and the size of a rotation angle is determined; then, a rotation matrix-based cooperative localization algorithm factor graph model is constructed, and a specific algorithm flow is designed; and finally, filtering fusion estimation is performed on position status information of a slave boat. Therefore, coordinate values of master and slave boats can be transformed within a factor graph in real time without changing the measurement accuracy of an inertial device in a system to cause the coordinates of the master and slave boats that participate in the calculation of the factor graph to be inconsistent, thereby solving the problem of sudden increase in a localization error of the conventional factor graph cooperative localization algorithm, and improving the robustness of the cooperative localization system.

Abstract: The disclosure discloses a ship motion prediction method based on long short-term memory network and Gaussian process regression. The method includes: normalizing acquired ship motion historical data under a certain degree of freedom to form a ship motion original time series; dividing the original time series into a training set and a test set; reconstructing a data set according to the training set and the test set, and establishing a long short-term memory (LSTM) network model for prediction to obtain prediction results of the first ship motion; reconstructing a data set, and establishing a Gaussian process regression (GPR) model for prediction to obtain prediction results of the second ship motion; and denormalizing the prediction results obtained by the Gaussian process regression model to obtain final ship motion prediction results. Aiming at highly non-linear ship motion, the disclosure can obtain ship motion interval prediction results with probability distribution significance while obtaining high-accuracy point prediction results.
