There are disclosed a photovoltaic and fuel cell (PV-FC) hybrid generation system using a single converter and a single inverter, and a method of controlling the same. The PV-FC hybrid generation system includes a DC/DC converter unit converting an FC output voltage from a fuel cell, converting chemical energy into electrical energy, into a preset voltage, a DC link unit commonly connecting an output terminal of a photovoltaic cell, converting the sunlight into electrical energy, and an output terminal of the DC/DC converter unit, and linking the converted FC output voltage from the DC/DC converter unit with a PV output voltage from the photovoltaic cell to thereby generate a DC voltage, and a DC/AC inverter unit converting the DC voltage from the DC link unit into a preset AC voltage. Furthermore, a method of controlling the PV-FC hybrid generation system is proposed.

Disclosed are a maximum power point tracker, a power conversion controller, a power conversion device having an insulating structure, and a method for tracking maximum power point. The power conversion device includes: a DC/AC converter including a primary DC chopper unit having a primary switch, a transformer, and an AC/AC conversion unit including a secondary switch; a current detector detecting current from an input stage of the DC/AC converter and providing a detected current value; a voltage detector detecting a system voltage from an output stage of the DC/AC converter; and a power conversion controller generating a primary PWM signal to be provided to the primary DC chopper unit and secondary first and second PWM signals, having the mutually opposing phases, to be provided to the AC/AC conversion unit by using the detected current value and the system voltage.

Disclosed is an LED lighting device which is easily assembled and disassembled and has a stable assemblability without structural shaking. The LED lighting device is able to improve a heat radiating characteristic and optical efficiency. The LED lighting device according to the embodiment includes a lower case; a light source unit disposed on one side of the lower case; a light guide plate disposed in parallel with the light source unit; and an upper case disposed on the light guide plate and coupled to the lower case in an attachable and removable way.
Abstract:
There are provided a method and an apparatus for generating a current command value for tracking the maximum power point of a solar energy generating system. The apparatus includes: a voltage detector detecting a voltage input into the flyback power converter; a first calculator calculating an output power from the detected input voltage; a second calculator calculating a power variation based on the calculated output power and a voltage variation of the input voltage; and a current command value generator generating a current command value for tracking the maximum power point of the solar cell module from the calculated voltage variation and the calculated power variation. Accordingly, a current command value after calculating an output power may be generated with only a voltage detector, without a current detector, thereby reducing the costs of a solar energy generating system by decreasing the costs for a high-priced current detector, and simplifying circuit.

A lighting module includes: a case having a main base a first and a second extension parts extending from both sides of the main base in perpendicular direction to the surface of the main base, and a first and a second auxiliary bases extending from the first and the second extension parts respectively toward the center of the main base; a substrate seated in a cavity formed by structurally connecting the main base, the first and the second extension parts and the first and the second auxiliary bases; a plurality of light emitting devices disposed on one side of the substrate in the longitudinal direction of the substrate; and a driving driver disposed on the other side of the substrate, wherein at least one of the first and the second extension parts has an opening such that the driving driver is inserted into the first and the second extension parts.

The present invention provides a pharmaceutical preparation including a compartment containing a renin inhibitor as a pharmacologically active ingredient, and a compartment containing an HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor as a pharmacologically active ingredient, wherein one compartment is a prior-release compartment and the other compartment is a delayed-release compartment. The combination preparation of the present invention can deliver a renin inhibitor and an HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor with a time interval at a specific speed, thus reducing undesirable side-effects, improving the drug efficacy and promoting the patient compliance. Further, the pharmaceutical preparation of the present invention has pharmacological, clinical, scientific and economical advantages in the prevention or treatment of metabolic syndromes, cardiovascular diseases, renal diseases and the like, as compared with the complex drug regimens in which medicament ingredients are taken individually or simultaneously.

A power supply having a maximum power point tracking function that controls power switching so that a detected power value is within a reference range having a maximum power point in a predetermined current-voltage curve includes: a converter section switching input power and converting the switched input power into predetermined DC power; and a maximum power point tracking section detecting a power value determined according to a switching operation of the converter section among power values included in a predetermined power-voltage curve, and controlling the switching operation of the converter section so that the detected power value is located within a predetermined reference range having a maximum power value among the power values included in the power-voltage curve.
