Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and a device in a UE and a base station for wireless communications. The UE receives first information, and transmits a first radio signal in a first time window in a first sub-band. The first information is used for determining the first time window; a time offset of a start time for a transmission of the first radio signal relative to a reference time belongs to a target offset set, the target offset set including W offset value(s); time offset(s) of W start time(s) respectively relative to the reference time is(are) respectively equal to the W offset value(s); any of the W start time(s) belongs to one of N time units, any of the N time units includes at least one of the W start times.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method and device in UE and base station used for wireless communications. A UE transmits a first radio signal, the first radio signal indicating a first reference signal out of M reference signals; and monitors a first signaling in each of W time-frequency resource block(s). Herein, at least one reference signal of the M reference signals is transmitted by a first serving cell, and the first serving cell is not added by the UE; the UE assumes that a transmission antenna port of the first signaling is Quasi-Co-Located with a transmission antenna port of the first reference signal; W is a positive integer, and M is a positive integer greater than 1. Such method can be employed to avoid delay and service interruption brought about by cell handover.

The UE receives a first signaling and a first radio signal, and transmits first information; only X1 bit(s) in a first bit block is(are) used for generating the first radio signal, the first bit block is obtained as an output of channel coding of a first code block; the first signaling is used for determining that the X1 bit(s) cannot be used for decoding of the first code block with combining when channel decoding for the X1 bit(s) fails. Through the design of the first information, the disclosure implements the update of a state of buffer occupation of the UE or a state of channel decoding, to facilitate a base station to adjust a transmission policy in real time, thereby improving overall performances.

The UE receives first information, the first information is used to indicate K sub-band(s); the UE performs first access detection, or performs second access detection; transmits or drops transmitting a first radio signal in the first sub-band. If the first sub-band is one of K sub-band(s) and time domain resources occupied by the first radio signal belong to a first time window, the first access detection is performed, the first access detection is used to determine whether the first radio signal is transmitted in the first sub-band; the second access detection is used to determine whether the first radio signal is transmitted in the first sub-band; the detection time of the first access detection is less than that of the second access detection.

The above method helps reduce overhead for scheduling signaling.

A communication node receives X piece(s) of first-type information, transmits X radio signal(s) and transmits a first radio signal; a first bit block is used for generating any one of the X radio signal(s), and the first bit block is also used for generating the first radio signal; the X piece(s) of first-type information is(are) used for determining scheduling information of the X radio signal(s) respectively; the first communication node autonomously determines scheduling information of the first radio signal, a start time of a transmission of the first radio signal is later than an end time of a transmission of any one of the X radio signal(s); the scheduling information comprises at least one of an occupied time-frequency resource, an employed MCS or an employed RV. The present disclosure helps reduce header overhead and delay.
