    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method and a device for measuring flatness of a flexible photovoltaic module, comprising: a measurement platform configured to fix a to-be-measured flexible photovoltaic module, height measurers respectively corresponding to wave crests and wave troughs on the to-be-measured flexible photovoltaic module, the plurality of height measurers being located above the measurement platform, and a lift rack on which the plurality of height measurers are disposed. According to the present disclosure, by lowering of the lift rack, the height measurers are driven to come into contact with the respective wave crests and wave troughs on the to-be-measured flexible photovoltaic module, so as to measure the height of the wave crests and the wave troughs, which reduces measurement errors brought forth by the fact that the measurement cannot be performed in proper time due to local deformation of the cell module, moreover, due to the support of the lift rack, there is no need to manually move the measuring device back and forth, which thereby reduces the measuring device's scratching the to-be-measured flexible photovoltaic module, and in addition, the present disclosure enables direct and simultaneous measurement of a plurality of wave crests and wave troughs, which greatly improves the measuring efficiency.

    Abstract: Provided are a device and method for detecting a photovoltaic module. An exemplary device for detecting a photovoltaic module may comprise a light source and a projection display unit provided on opposite sides of a photovoltaic module to be detected, respectively. Further, the projection display unit may be configured to display a projection of the photovoltaic module to be detected, generated under illumination of the light source. In devices and methods for detecting a photovoltaic module provided by embodiments herein, under illumination of the light source, the projection of the photovoltaic module to be detected may be displayed on the projection display unit, and bent corner(s) of the photovoltaic module to be detected can also be clearly displayed, which enables an accurate and quick selection of defective photovoltaic modules. Moreover, the removal of the defective photovoltaic modules greatly increases production yield of final products assembled from the photovoltaic modules.

    Abstract: The application discloses a solar cell component including at least two chip sets connected in series, wherein each chip set includes a plurality of chip units connected in parallel and a bypass diode connected in parallel with the chip units, each chip unit includes one or more photovoltaic chips connected in series, positive poles of the bypass diodes are connected with negative poles of the chip units, and negative poles of the bypass diodes are connected with positive poles of the chip units. The application further provides a solar panel with the solar cell component. The application not only can reduce the number of the bypass diodes, but also can improve economy of the product.

    Abstract: A drying box for storing solar cell chips includes a box body (1). Within the box body is installed a top cover (2) that is reversibly opened and divides an inner chamber of the box body into a storage chamber (13) at a lower part and a temporary storage chamber (14) at an upper part, and a side wall of the temporary storage chamber is provided with a purge hole (3). The drying box further includes a control cabinet (4) disposed at one end of the box body. The control cabinet is provided with a central controller as well as a purge controller and a drive device (5) electrically connected to the central controller. An inlet end of the purge controller is connected to a gas source and an outlet end is connected to the purge hole through a gas pipe. The drive device is connected to the top cover.
