A method for avoiding interference of an interfering Base Station (BS) in an interfered BS of a mobile communication system includes determining an interference value of an interfering BS at a control region during a determination interval. When the interference value is greater than a threshold value, the method further includes operating in a modified Transmit/receive Transition Gap (TTG) mode. When the interference value is less than the threshold value, the method further includes operating in a general TTG mode.

A method for forming an integrated circuit isolation layer includes the steps of forming a patterned masking layer of a semiconductor substrate, forming an oxygen diffusing layer on the patterned masking layer and the exposed portion of the semiconductor substrate, and forming an isolation layer on the exposed portion of the substrate. In particular, the oxygen diffusing layer can be a layer of SiON, and the oxygen diffusing layer can have a thickness in the range of 30 .ANG. to 150 .ANG.. The oxygen diffusing layer and the mask layer can then be removed completing the isolation layer.

A sense amplifier of a semiconductor memory device which increases a voltage difference between a bit line and a dummy line is disclosed. The sense amplifier includes: a sense amplifying unit which pre-charges voltages of a dummy line connected to a dummy cell and of a bit line connected to a memory cell by a first equalizing signal, and which senses and amplifies data from the memory cell by inputting the voltages of the dummy line and the bit line by a sense amplifier enable signal; and a voltage variable unit which adjusts the voltages of the dummy line and the bit line by a second equalizing signal, said voltage variable unit having a first voltage variable part which adjusts the voltage of the dummy line by the second equalizing signal and a second voltage variable part which adjusts the voltage of the bit line by the second equalizing signal.

The relay apparatus includes a receiving unit configured to receive an IR signal from a 3D display apparatus, a control unit configured to detect control information for driving 3D glasses included in the IR signal and generating a transmission packet according to an RF communication protocol based on the detected control information, and a communication unit configured to transmit the transmission packet to the 3D glasses.
