Abstract: A rotary machine includes a rotor and a resin-molded stator which includes a stator core, a coil, a molded portion, a lead line, a bush and a bush supporting frame. The stator core is formed by laminating steel sheets. The coil is formed by winding a conducting wire around a tooth formed to the stator core. The molded portion covers the coil. The lead line is formed by the conducting wire continuing from an end portion of a power supply side of the coil. The bush is formed with a penetrated insert hole where the lead line is passed through. The bush supporting frame is supported by the molded portion and is formed with a penetrated attaching hole into which the bush is fitted in. The lead line is drawn out to the outside of the molded portion from the attaching hole.

Abstract: The rotor includes the rotor core unit and a single cylindrical rotor cover. The rotor core unit has the rotor core fixed to a rotation axis so as to be able to rotate integrally therewith and a plurality of permanent magnets mounted on the rotor core along a circumferential direction thereof. The single cylindrical rotor cover has the upper surface portion and the bottom portion so as to cover an outer circumference of the rotor core. The upper surface portion is in contact with an outer circumferential edge portion of on one end surface in an axial direction of the permanent magnets. The bottom portion is in contact with at least one of the permanent magnets and the rotor core so that the rotor core unit is held in the axial direction by the upper surface portion and the bottom portion.

Abstract: A coil includes a first coil layer and a second coil layer which is formed by winding a rectangular conductor. A side surface of the second coil layer contacts a side surface of the first coil layer in a second direction that is perpendicular to a radial first direction where the rectangular conductor overlaps. In the first coil layer, a second portion contacts a first portion. In the second coil layer, a fourth portion contacts a third portion. An outer surface of the third portion is closer to an outer peripheral side in the first direction than the outer surface of the first portion, and is closer to an inner peripheral side in the first direction than an outer surface of the second portion. An outer surface of the fourth portion is closer to the outer peripheral side in the first direction than the outer surface of the second portion.

Abstract: A pipe joint device configured to interconnect two pipes to be inserted therein through openings of both opened ends thereof including a joint main body and a joint assembly disposed in the joint main body is provided. In a resin covering portion (50) of the rotating body (32), a first part (51) and a second part (52) cover end surfaces of the plurality of permanent magnets (45), a plurality of third parts (53) covers outer peripheral surfaces of the plurality of permanent magnets (45), and a fourth part (54) covers inner peripheral surfaces of the plurality of divided cores (33) and inner peripheral surfaces of the plurality of permanent magnets (45). Outer peripheral surfaces of the divided cores (33) are exposed without being covered by the covering portion (50).

Abstract: A stator of a rotary machine is provided with a first resin molded body, a second resin molded body and third resin molded bodies which electrically insulate a stator core and coils. The first resin molded body is attached to the stator core on a first side of a lamination direction in which steel sheets are laminated and the second resin molded body is attached to the stator core on a second side of the lamination direction. The third resin molded bodies have shapes extending along slot side surfaces and are provided in a state contacting with a predetermined region of the slot side. First slot side portions of the first resin molded body overlaps end portions of a first side of the third resin molded bodies and second slot side portions of the second molded body overlaps end portions of a second side of the third resin molded bodies.
