Abstract:
A container capable of transferring molten metal from a factory that produces a molten metals such as molten aluminum alloys and so on to a factory that uses the molten metal while the molten metal being stored therein and supplying the molten metal to a use point using the pressure difference. The container comprises a frame 1a and a lining 2 having a passage for flowing the molten metal therein. The passage 34 is being provided at an inside of the frame and at least a part thereof is being surrounded by a member restricting a flow of a gas. The pipe 34 is, for example, made of a metal and inside thereof has a lining layer 34b formed with a refractory member. The pipe 34 may be structured with a ceramics. As such structure being adopted, even when a crack and the like is formed in the lining 2 of the container, the flow of a gas is shut off, resulting in stable supply of the molten metal.
Abstract:
A packaging device includes a bottom base with legs; a front member detachable to the bottom base to form a front wall; a rear member to form a rear wall; two side members to form left and right side walls; a buffer member arranged on the bottom base and formed of a plurality of airtight containers in which gas is filled; and a mounting base on which an article is mounted. The front member is formed turnably with a bottom end thereof being put adjacent to the bottom base, to be used as a tilted table for loading and unloading the article, including an angle regulating member that restricts a tilt angle of the front member with respect to the bottom base.
Abstract:
A calendering apparatus in which a nip portion is formed by a chilled roll, a backing roll and an endless elastic belt arranged over the backing roll, wherein a paper sheet to be treated passes between the chilled roll and the endless elastic belt. Thus, a paper sheet having a remarkably improved smoothness and gloss can be obtained by the calendering apparatus of the present invention using an endless elastic belt having a relatively long length, without the disadvantage of a heat build-up occurring in a usual calendering treatment. A contacting angle between the belt and the backing roll is 30.degree. or less.
Abstract:
For flexibly setting up an execution environment according to contents of processing to be executed while taking stability or a security level into consideration, the multiple processor system includes the execution environment main control unit 10 which determines CPU assignment at the time of deciding CPU assignment, the execution environment sub control unit 20 which controls starting, stopping and switching of an execution environment according to an instruction from the execution environment main control unit 10 to synchronize with the execution environment main control unit 10, and the execution environment management unit 30 which receives input of management information or reference refusal information of shared resources for each CPU 4 or each execution environment 100 to separate the execution environment main control unit 10 from the execution environment sub control units 20a through 20n, or the execution environment sub control units 20aA through 20n from each other.
Abstract:
[OBJECT] To efficiently and assuredly making an object to be treated containing an agricultural chemical innoxious.[MEANS FOR SOLVING] The first pipe which alkali can be filled thereto is disposed to be capable of being inserted and pulled out to a first passage of the first processing chamber where agricultural chemicals are thermally decomposed. Accordingly, since a distance between the processing chamber and the alkali can be minimized, a zone where the thermally decomposed components of the agricultural chemicals are recomposed into agricultural chemicals or dioxins is almost eliminated. As a result, the contamination owing to the re-composition thereof can be prevented. In addition, since the first pipe can be readily exchanged, the throughput can be improved. Furthermore, since when the first pipe is pulled out of the first passage of the processing chamber a first shielding member can shield the first passage, the vacuum in the processing chamber can be maintained and also in this point the throughput can be prevented from deteriorating.
Abstract:
A treatment apparatus of the present invention includes a hermetic door 115b and a retort 115c as an interface for taking out a gaseous emission containing vaporized substances from an object to be treated which is being heated in a reduced pressure state in a second hermetic chamber 103 while maintaining conditions in the second hermetic chamber. When the retort 115c is inserted into a first opening 103b of the second hermetic chamber, the hermetic door 115b in an open state is shielded from the second hermetic chamber 103, whereby condensation of the gaseous emission at the hermetic door is prevented. Accordingly, condensates can be taken out while conditions such as temperature and pressure in the hermetic chamber are maintained without the treatment apparatus being stopped. The productivity of treatment is greatly improved by continuous operation of such a treatment apparatus.
Abstract:
A molten metal supplying container, comprising a container capable of storing a molten metal and loading the molten metal to the inside thereof or supplying the molten metal to the outside thereof by controlling a difference in pressure between inside and outside of the container, a passage allowing the inside and outside of the container to communicate with each other to have the molten metal flow therethrough, a lid disposed to cover the first opening having a second opening with a diameter smaller than the first opening and a hatch provided at the second opening capable of being opened and closed, having a passage communicating inside and outside the container. The passage is used, for example, to control inner pressure of the container and to insert the electrode for detecting the surface level of the molten metal.
Abstract:
An input device that performs an input operation to an information technology device such as a computer is provided. The input device has a switch arranged at a finger part of a hand and for outputting a signal corresponding to a pressing operation, and a position detecting unit for detecting a movement of the hand and outputting a detection signal. Thus, as a movement of the hand is associated with a movement of a cursor and an operation of a finger of the hand is associated with an operation of click button, it is possible to realize a data input device that has a simple structure, enables simple operation and can be easily used.
