Abstract: Disclosed is an environmentally-friendly method for enhancing mechanical properties of a high antibacterial nano dialysis paper for medical protection, includes following steps: a, preparing pulp components, and taking 40-60 parts of hardwood pulp, 10-20 parts of polyvinyl alcohol fiber, 30-50 parts of softwood pulp, 10-20 parts of cellulose fiber by mass; b, putting the hardwood pulp, the polyvinyl alcohol fiber, the softwood pulp and the cellulose fiber into a beater for beating to make a pulp, and then adding modified chitosan accounting for 1-5% of a weight of the pulp into the pulp, and defibering for 10-20 minutes at a rotating speed of 1500-2000 revolutions per minute in a defibrator; and c, carrying out papermaking with the pulp after defibering to form a dialysis paper finished product.

Abstract: A preparation method of charcoal-based fertilizer is provided. Particularly, a special pig manure charcoal modified by amino grafting, a preparation method thereof, and its application in the reuse of nitrogen from farmland drainage are provided. The preparation method includes the following steps: 1) drying raw pig manure to a moisture content of 80%-85% and carrying out pickling, drying, and crushing successively to obtain a dried pig manure powder; 2) conducting liquid nitrogen pretreatment and high-temperature charcoalization to obtain an expanded pig manure charcoal; 3) performing carboxylation treatment to obtain a carboxylated pig manure charcoal; 4) amino grafting: adding an ammonia liquor to the carboxylated pig manure charcoal obtained in step 3), stirring for 20-24 h in an oil bath at 200-240° C.; washing and filtering; and drying and grinding to obtain the special pig manure charcoal modified by amino grafting.

Abstract: A preparation method of a cross-linked sodium hyaluronate gel is disclosed, which including: preparing an alkaline aqueous solution of hyaluronic acid: formulating a sodium hyaluronate alkali liquor with the concentration of 10-30% g/ml; and carrying out a cross-linking reaction: the cross-linking agent used in the cross-linking reaction being divinyl sulfone or 1,4-butanediol diglycidyl ether, the cross-linking reaction being carried out in an alkaline aqueous solution of hyaluronic acid, the reaction temperature of the cross-linking reaction being 20-40° C., the time of the cross-linking reaction being 4-8 h, and the like. The method of this invention has many advantages, such as easily available raw materials, mild reaction conditions, high cross-linking efficiency, simple process and post-treatment, and easy operation. The obtained cross-linked sodium hyaluronate has a three-dimensional network structure by the crosslinking reaction with good mechanical properties, and can be used as a good drug carrier and a tissue engineering scaffold material.

Abstract: A method of preparing an oxidized starch haemostatic material, including adding a starch raw material to an external circulation pulsatile reactor; switching on a pump to allow inflow of dry air for drying the raw material; switching on a heat exchanger; vacuumizing the reactor; opening a nitrogen dioxide pipeline and a dry air pipeline; pumping in a mixed gas; controlling temperature at 0-120° C. by the heat exchanger; wherein nitrogen dioxide is contacted with the raw material to trigger a selective oxidation reaction and is continuously recycled; an airflow circulation switch is switched on and off at a pulsating ratio of 1:1-10 to carry out airflow pulsation; stopping inflow of nitrogen dioxide and continuing airflow circulation for 5-30 minutes; after completion of the reaction, adjusting to room temperature; vacuumizing the reactor and treating exhaust gas; allowing nitrogen gas to flow in for rinsing the replaced reactor until completion.
