    Abstract: The embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a collimated light source, a manufacturing method thereof and a display device. The collimated light source includes a substrate, a film layer with a plurality of concave microstructures on the substrate, a reflective layer on the film layer, and a plurality of light-emitting parts corresponding to the concave microstructures one-to-one. Each of the light-emitting parts is located at a focal point of a corresponding concave microstructure. According to the embodiments of the present disclosure, the light emitted from each light-emitting part is reflected by the reflective layer on the corresponding concave microstructure and then exits in parallel light from a side of the reflective layer facing away from the substrate.

    Abstract: An array substrate, a method for fabricating the same, and a display device are disclosed. The array substrate includes a substrate and a plurality of pixel units on the substrate. Each pixel unit comprises at least a thin film transistor and an ILED. A drain of each thin film transistor is connected with a first pole of each ILED through a first electrode line, and a second pole of each ILED is connected with a second electrode line. Since the ILEDs have the advantages of small size, high brightness, high contrast, lightness of weight, low consumption, wide gamut, high efficiency, long lifetime, quick response or the like, the array substrate onto which the ILEDs are applied by transferring has a high resolution, an improved display effect or the like.

    Abstract: A display panel includes a first substrate and a second substrate which are arranged opposed to each other. The space between the first substrate and the second substrate is separated into a plurality of sub-pixel regions. Within each sub pixel region, a first electrode, a first fluid layer, a second fluid layer, a hydrophobic dielectric layer and a second electrode are arranged in this order. The first fluid layer is made of hydrophilic liquid. The second fluid layer is made of ink. When no electric field is applied between the first electrode and the second electrode, the ink spreads over the surface of the hydrophobic dielectric layer. When an electric field is applied between the first electrode and the second electrode, the ink aggregates to expose the hydrophobic dielectric layer.
