Abstract: The present invention is to provide a hard coating layered optical film, comprising a poly(methylmethacrylate) (PMMA) base film and a hard coating layer thereon. The hard coating layer comprises a (meth)acrylate composition and an initiator, wherein the (meth)acrylate composition comprises a urethane (meth)acrylate oligomer of functionalities from 6 to 15, at least one (meth)acrylate monomer of functionalities from 3 to 6 and at least one (meth)acrylate monomer of functionalities less than 3, wherein the molecular weight of the (meth)urethane acrylate oligomer of functionalities from 6 to 15 is ranging between 1,000 to 4,500. The hard coating layer of the hard coating layered optical film can be further coated with a functional layer, such as a low reflection layer to form an anti-reflection hard coating layered optical film. The hard coating layer can optionally comprise micro-particles to generate an anti-glare hard coating film. The anti-glare hard coating film can be further coated with a functional layer, such as a low reflection layer to form an anti-reflection anti-glare hard coating layered optical film.

The anti-glare film comprises a transparent substrate and an anti-glare layer comprising an acrylic binder resin, a polyether-modified siloxane and a plurality of silica nanoparticles, wherein the silica nanoparticles are flocculated into a micro-floccule with an average secondary particle diameter of 1,500 nm to 3,100 nm. The present anti-glare film can provide a reliable anti-glare property with low haze and fine surface.

Abstract: The invention disclosed an anti-reflective film. The anti-reflective film comprises a substrate, a hard coating layer disposed on the substrate and a low refractive layer disposed on the hard coating layer. The low refractivity layer comprises a fluorine-containing acrylate-modified polysiloxane resin, a plurality of hollow silica nanoparticles, an initiator and a leveling agent comprising a perfluoropolyether group-containing (meth)acrylic-modified organosilicone compound. The reflectivity of the anti-reflective film of the anti-reflective film is less than 1.1%, and the water contact angle thereof is ranging between 90° and 125°.

Abstract: A high-haze anti-glare film is disclosed. The high-haze anti-glare film comprises a transparent substrate and an anti-glare layer on the substrate. The anti-glare layer comprises acrylate binder, amorphous silica microparticles and spherical organic polymer microparticles, wherein the spherical organic polymer microparticles are monodispersity and the average particle size thereof is smaller than that of the amorphous silica microparticles. Abstract: An anti-glare film is disclosed. The anti-glare film comprises a poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) base film and an anti-glare layer comprising an acrylic binder resin and organic microparticles, wherein the anti-glare layer comprises an miscible sub-layer adjacent to the interface between the anti-glare layer and the base film for urging the organic microparticles toward the upper portion of the anti-glare layer to form an anti-glare sub-layer with an uneven surface and wherein the average thickness of the miscible layer is at least 40 percent of the total thickness of the anti-glare layer and a ratio of the average thickness of the anti-glare sub-layer to the diameter of the microparticle is between 0.45 to 1.1.
