Abstract: To allow an alarm vibration generated by a vibration generator to be recognized by a user through a vibration transmission member. A vehicle alarm device (100) includes a vibration generator (30) configured to generate an alarm vibration having a frequency corresponding to a frequency of a received alarm signal, a vibration transmission member (90) configured to transmit the alarm vibration to a user, a travel situation information acquisition unit (70) configured to acquire travel situation information in accordance with a travel situation of the vehicle, and an alarm signal generator (70) configured to generate the alarm signal such that when the value of the acquired travel situation information is high, a signal to be inputted to the vibration generator (30) includes at least a high-band frequency and such that when the value of the travel situation information is low, the signal to be inputted to the vibration generator (30) includes at least a low-band frequency.

Abstract: To make a notification to the driver so that the driver can distinguish or recognize the notification. A vehicle notification device (1a) inputs a first sweep signal whose frequency is changed in a predetermined frequency range, to a vibrator (4), calculates frequency characteristics of a vibration in the vehicle interior, detects a frequency range in which the signal level of vehicle-travel-time frequency characteristics is higher than the signal level of vehicle-stop-time frequency characteristics by a predetermined level amount or more, generates a second sweep signal whose frequency is changed in a range obtained by excluding the detected frequency range from the predetermined frequency range of the first sweep signal, and outputs the second sweep signal from the vibrator (4).

Abstract: A frequency compressor of a vibration output apparatus generates a compressed signal by converting frequency components of a mid-band signal into low-band frequency components of a low-band signal by increasing the total number of samples by a factor of n and thus compressing the frequency of amplitude information included in mid-band frequency components of the mid-band signal to 1/n. If the level of a low-band envelope signal is lower than a predetermined threshold level, a vibration signal generator generates a vibration signal by combining the compressed signal with the low-band signal consisting of the low-band frequency components of an acoustic signal. If the level of the low-band envelope signal is higher than the predetermined threshold level, the vibration signal generator generates a vibration signal by directly using the low-band signal. A vibration output unit outputs a vibration on the basis of the generated vibration signal.

Abstract: The present invention provides a vibration audio system for transmitting an audio signal outputted from a sound source to a listener in the form of vibration while reducing output level of the signal and power consumption. The system includes an envelope detection unit (204) for detecting an envelope signal of the audio signal outputted from a sound source, a vibration transmission member for allowing the listener to perceive vibration of a low-frequency sound outputted from a low-frequency output speaker that outputs audio signals, and a frequency conversion unit (205) for generating an audio signal frequency-converted on the basis of resonant frequencies by multiplying the envelope signal by sine waves having the same frequencies as resonance frequencies obtained from an impulse response of the low-frequency output speaker disposed in the vibration transmission member. The audio signal frequency-converted by the frequency conversion unit (205) is outputted from the low-frequency output speaker.
