In Formula (1), each of R1 and R2 independently represents an alkyl group, an aryl group, an alkoxy group, an aryloxy group, or a halogen atom, and R3 represents an alkyl group or an aryl group. The compound represented by Formula (1) may include a structure that plural compounds represented by Formula (1) are linked to each other in a single molecule.
