Abstract: A set of glenoid components a first glenoid component of a first type and of a first size and a second glenoid component of a second type and of the first size. The first glenoid component includes a first body including a first joint surface and a first bearing surface disposed oppose the first joint surface. The first joint surface has a first dimension. A first anchor extends from a central region of the first bearing surface. The second glenoid component includes a second body including a second joint surface and a second bearing surface disposed opposite the second joint surface. The second joint surface having a second dimension that is the same as the first dimension. A second anchor extends from a central region of the second bearing surface.
