Abstract: The present invention provides a keycap, which includes a lower plate and an upper cover. The lower plate has at least two engaging holes recessed inwardly from an upper surface of the lower plate and separated from each other. The upper cover is configured to be detachably assembled on the lower plate, in which the upper cover has at least two buckle members disposed on an inner top surface of the upper cover and respectively corresponding to the at least two engaging holes, and each of the buckle members has two buckle portions separated from each other, and each of the buckle portions has a protrusion protruding laterally outward, and each of the protrusions is configured to engage with a portion of the corresponding engaging hole.

Abstract: A key structure includes a base plate, a key pedestal, a switch element and a keycap. The key pedestal includes an opening and at least one elastic element. The keycap includes a triggering post and at least one contacting part. The key pedestal is installed on the base plate. The switch element is installed on the base plate and disposed within the opening of the key pedestal. The triggering post of the keycap is inserted into the opening of the key pedestal. The switch element can be triggered by the triggering post. The elastic element of the key pedestal is aligned with the corresponding contacting part. The contacting part of the keycap is continuously pushed against the corresponding elastic element of the key pedestal. Consequently, the keycap is maintained in a horizontal state and not tilted.

Abstract: A keyboard device includes a base plate, a membrane circuit board and a key. The key includes a keycap, a connecting assembly, a first stabilizer bar and a second stabilizer bar. The connecting assembly is connected between the keycap and the base plate. The first stabilizer bar and the second stabilizer bar are connected between the keycap and the connecting assembly. While the keycap is moved upwardly or downwardly relative to the base plate, the first stabilizer bar and the second stabilizer bar are swung to stabilize the key. Since the first stabilizer bar and the second stabilizer bar are connected between the keycap and the connecting assembly, the first stabilizer bar and the second stabilizer bar will not readily collide with or knock on the base plate. During the operation, the generated noise is reduced. Consequently, the operating comfort to the user is enhanced.
