A plurality of touch screen wirings are disposed in the bending region on the substrate. The touch screen wirings are electrically connected the touch screen structure. A connection structure is in the pad region. The connection structure electrically connects touch screen wirings to each other. A same touch sensing signal is applied to touch screen wirings that are connected to each other.
