Abstract: A display apparatus includes: a substrate having a bending area between a first area and a second area; internal conductive lines on the substrate in the first area; external conductive lines on the substrate in the second area; an organic material layer covering the bending area and covering at least a portion of the internal conductive lines and the external conductive lines; and connection lines on the organic material layer and connecting the internal conductive lines to the external conductive lines, respectively. Organic through-holes are defined through the organic material layer, the connection lines are respectively connected to the internal conductive lines through the organic through-holes, and an upper surface of the organic material layer between the organic through-holes has a convex curved shape.

Abstract: An organic light emitting display device includes: a substrate including pixel areas and a pixel separating area; a plurality of pixels; a plurality of spacers in the pixel separating area and spaced apart from each other; and a touch electrode unit disposed over the plurality of pixels and spacers. The touch electrode unit includes first touch electrodes arranged in a first direction and second touch electrodes arranged in a second direction. The touch electrode unit includes a plurality of touch pattern unit blocks repeatedly arranged. Each touch pattern unit block includes portions of each of neighboring first touch electrodes and portions of each of neighboring second touch electrodes. The spacers of each touch pattern unit block corresponds to a plurality of spacer pattern unit blocks repeatedly arranged. Each spacer pattern unit includes at least one spacer and is smaller than the touch pattern unit block.

The pixels are arranged on the substrate in a first direction (D1) and a second direction (D2) intersecting one another, and include organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). The OLEDs include pixel electrodes (PEs). The PDL covers edges of the PEs and defines light-emitting regions via openings partially exposing the PEs. The first and second via layers are between the PEs and the substrate. The first lines extend in the D2 between the first via layer and the substrate. The second line is between the second and first via layers. The second line at least partially extends around the light-emitting regions. The second line contacts the first lines through via holes. Each via hole is provided every two pixels arranged in the D2.

A first organic insulating layer is disposed on the substrate. The first organic insulating layer includes a valley portion separating the first organic insulating layer from the periphery area. A plurality of organic light-emitting devices is disposed on the substrate. Each of the organic light-emitting devices includes a first electrode, an emission layer, and a second electrode, sequentially disposed over the first organic insulating layer. The second electrode covers the emission layer and the valley portion. A second organic insulating layer is disposed over the first organic insulating layer and incudes a first opening exposing a center portion of the first electrode and a second opening overlapping the valley portion. A capping layer covers the second electrode.
