    Abstract: A semiconductor package includes a plurality of semiconductor chips stacked in a first direction, a plurality of chip connection terminals disposed between two semiconductor chips disposed adjacent to each other in the first direction among the plurality of semiconductor chips and electrically connecting the two adjacent semiconductor chips, and a plurality of chip support structures disposed between the two adjacent semiconductor chips. The plurality of chip support structures do not electrically connect the two adjacent semiconductor chips, and are spaced apart from the plurality of chip connection terminals in a second direction crossing the first direction. A thickness of each of the plurality of chip support structures is greater than a thickness of each of the plurality of chip connection terminals.

    Abstract: A position information estimating method and apparatus are provided, wherein the position information estimating method includes estimating initial position information of a vehicle based on motion information of the vehicle that is obtained from one or more sensors, calculating search position information of one or more objects included in an image of surroundings of the vehicle based on the initial position information, evaluating a final reliability of each of the one or more objects based on the initial position information and the search position information, obtaining a filter adaptation parameter corresponding to a weight of the search position information based on the final reliability, and estimating final position information of the vehicle based on the initial position information, the search position information, and the filter adaptation parameter.

    Abstract: A vehicle localization method and a vehicle localization apparatus are disclosed. The vehicle localization method includes estimating an initial position of a vehicle based on data sensed by a position sensor, determining a driving lane of the vehicle based on a front-view image captured from the vehicle, correcting the initial position of the vehicle based on the driving lane, and determining a position of the vehicle in the driving lane based on geometry information of a lane boundary in the front-view image.

    Abstract: An air conditioner is provided. The air conditioner includes a housing, a heat exchanger positioned inside the housing, a fan for blowing air into the heat exchanger such that heat in the blown air is exchanged with the heat exchanger, a duct including a first channel forming surface, and a second channel forming surface, a porous panel corresponding to the second channel forming surface, and including a plurality of pores, a blade for swiveling between an open position and a closed position, blocking the low wind-speed channel at the open position so that air passed through the basic channel can be discharged outside of the air conditioner, moving the air passed through the basic channel to the low wind-speed channel, and discharging the air to the outside via the pores at the closed position, a driver for driving the blade to swivel, and a processor configured to control the driver.

    Abstract: Various example embodiments of the disclosure relate to an apparatus and method for providing a service based on context information in an electronic device. In this case, a portable electronic apparatus may include a communication module, an air pressure sensor configured to measure air pressure, a processor electrically coupled to the communication module and the air pressure sensor, and a memory electrically coupled to the processor. The memory may store instructions, when executed, for configuring the processor to determine whether the electronic device is located in a first geofence using the communication module, start monitoring of the air pressure by using the air pressure sensor at least in part on the determining that the electronic device is located in the first geofence, deactivate at least one part of the communication module when the monitored air pressure satisfies one or more of a first range and a first change rate, and re-activate the deactivated at least one part of the communication module when the monitored air pressure satisfies one or more of a second range and a second change rate after the at least one part of the communication module is deactivated. Other example embodiments may also be possible.
