Abstract:
A receiver selects, regarding each of signals corresponding to component elements of a transmission column vector, a number of transmission signal candidates equal to a number according to a predetermined parameter based on inter-signal point distances between a plurality of transmission signal candidates regarding the transmission column vector and the signal from among the plural transmission signal candidates. Then, the receiver reproduces the transmission signal by determining a unique set of transmission signal candidates regarding each component element of the transmission column vector based on the sum total of the inter-signal point distances between the selected transmission signal candidates and the signals.
Abstract:
The base station determines a possibly-allocated domain, which is a band that may be used in communication with the mobile station, with respect to each mobile station, and determines a frequency band to be allocated to the mobile station within the determined possibly-allocated domain. Then, the base station transmits possibly-allocated-domain information indicating the possibly-allocated domain and allocation information, which is information indicating allocation of the frequency band, to the mobile station. Then, the base station and the mobile station communicate with each other in accordance with the possibly-allocated-domain information and the allocation information.
Abstract:
A radio communication system including a communication apparatus can transmit signals each including same data from a transmission antenna and a transmission antenna to a mobile station. The mobile station measures a difference in receiving timing between the signal from the transmission antenna and the signal from the transmission antenna. The communication apparatus exercises control so as to change at least one of transmission timing of the signal from the transmission antenna and transmission timing of the signal from the transmission antenna according to the difference in receiving timing at the mobile station.
