Abstract:
The present invention relates to a permeation system for fabric and a method for manufacturing fabric using the same, and the permeation system for permeating a wetting agent into fabric comprises: a fabric supply part; a permeation part provided with a permeation device and a height adjustment device; a drying part; and a collecting part for winding the fabric, which has passed through the drying part, around a collecting roll, thereby obtaining functional fabric of uniform quality and increasing productivity of the fabric into which the wetting agent is permeated.
Abstract:
The treatment of a material web (2) ensues in a U-shaped shaft comprising two shaft limbs (3, 4) and a connecting area (5) between both the shaft limbs. The shaft is filled with a treatment liquid, the feed of fresh treatment liquid and also the circulation of treatment liquid ensuing beneath the surface of the liquor within the shaft limb. The effect is a particularly intensive charging of the material web, with extremely economic use of treatment liquid. Foaming of the treatment liquid is prevented, also in the case of heavy turbulence.
Abstract:
Improved methods and treating units for the continuous and open width washing of textile products of manufacture, after the printing and/or purging and bleaching thereof, comprising advancing said textile product of manufacture through a treating environment, including a treating bath, on a permeable conveyor and under the control of liquid blades as supplied under recirculating conditions from the bath, with comparatively high flow rates and comparatively low pressures, in such a way that liquid jets provide a dynamic impact and heat entrainment action on the advancing material, material being preferably, while not necessarily, predisposed in laps on permeable conveyor.
Abstract:
Apparatus for treating webs of material with several buoyant rolls which engage the web of material, consist of a closed buoyant body and are arranged in a trough which contains liquid, is open at the top and is at atmospheric pressure, parallel and adjacent to each other horizontally restrained but freely floating in the vertical direction without touching each other. The rolls may be arranged horizontally side by side without forming roll gaps or vertically on top of each other, forming roll gaps with two guide rolls provided above each buoyant roll.
Abstract:
The disclosure relates to a process for continuous wet treatment of textile material in a container holding treatment liquid through which the material is being transported and is being penetrated by treatment liquid in a manner which is essentially vertical to its surface, and to devices for carrying out the process. In a particularly appropriate device, textile material 16 is introduced from the top into treatment liquid 28, then is guided around a minimum of one part (52, 80, 81, 120) which is arranged in the lower region of inner container (30, 85, 87, 119) liquid permeable to a limited degree, along a wall, and is thereby deflected and transported in the direction of the upper edge of inner container (30, 85, 87, 119).
Abstract:
In a method of heat fulling and water washing of cloth, hot fluid is injected onto both surfaces of the cloth from hot fluid injection nozzles in upper and lower rows to sandwich the cloth in such manner that the positions of nozzles in the upper row alternate with those nozzles in the lower row, with the cloth passing through an opening between upper and lower net conveyors so that the cloth is immersed in cleaning liquid, with both a cleansing effect and fulling effect being given to the cloth.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for impregnation of a dry fabric is disclosed including a purging device which is provided immediately upstream of a supply of liquid within an impregnation tank. The purging device urges a condensable gas through the dry fabric immediately prior to entry of the fabric into the liquid with the purging device providing a pressure differential across the fabric. The fabric is preferably conveyed by a first endless conveyor belt through a passageway of the purging device and subsequently into the impregnating liquid and beneath a first squeeze roller. The purging device displaces the non-condensable gas or air within the fabric with a condensable gas preferably steam.
