Abstract:
A telecommunications patch panel is provided having a plurality of connector modules rotatably mounted to a frame member. Each connector module has a front face and an opposite facing rear face, and each front face includes a plurality of connector jacks. Each rear face includes a plurality of wire termination blocks. The wire termination blocks are electrically connected to the connector jacks. Each connector module is rotatable about a rotation axis relative to the frame member. A lock selectively locks each connector module to the frame member as desired. The connector jacks and the connector modules are arranged in linear arrays perpendicular to the axis of rotation.

Abstract:
A socket device is provided. The socket device includes a substrate, at least one structure, and a socket. The at least one structure is disposed on the substrate, and includes an upper surface. The upper surface includes an opening separated with a predetermined interval from a surface of the substrate. The socket is disposed so that at least a portion of the socket is stacked on an upper portion of the structure. The socket is electrically connected to the substrate via the opening. The number of parts is reduced, so that the number of assembly processes is reduced and assembling is convenient, and manufacturing costs is reduced and slimness of an electronic device is achieved.
Abstract:
A waterproof connector, provided with: a housing (11); at least one contact (12) fixed to the housing (11), each contact (12) having a contacting part (12a) which is formed at one end and which comes into contact with the contact of the counterpart connector, a substrate attachment part (12d) formed at the other end and attached to the substrate, a housing fixing part (12b) formed between the contacting part (12a) and the substrate attachment part (12d), and an elastic member attachment part (12c) formed between the housing fixing part (12b) and the substrate attachment part (12d); and a waterproofing elastic member (13) attached to the elastic member attachment part (12c) of the contact (12). The housing (11) has at least one through-hole (16) into which the contact (12) is inserted, and a concave elastic member containing part (15) communicating with the through-hole (16). The housing fixing part (12b) of the contact (12) is pressed into and fixed in the corresponding through-hole (16) of the housing (11), and the elastic member (13) is contained in the elastic member containing part (15) of the housing (11).
Abstract:
A configurable cable for supporting an/or coupling a portable media device includes a main body with a first electrical connector on a terminal end thereof, a trunk extending from an opposing terminal end of the main body, and a second electrical connector formed on a terminal end of the trunk, wherein the second electrical connector is electrically coupled to the first electrical connector via wires running through a core of the trunk. Left and right legs extend from the opposing terminal end of the main body and on either side and substantially parallel to the trunk such that the body, trunk, and legs are disposed substantially in a plane in a first position of the configurable cable. The trunk and left and right legs are bendable from the first position into at least one of a plurality retained positions out of the plane.
Abstract:
Good signal transmission characteristics can be stably obtained by a simple structure. A pressure-contact surface of a cover inner surface of a shell cover part 13b, which is openably/closably coupled to a cylindrical opening of an external conductor shell 13a, and an insulative pressing plate 11d is provided with a void part 14, which separates at least one of them from the other one. By virtue of this, it is configured that the characteristic impedance about the cable-shaped signal transmission medium SC can be adjusted by the void part 14, and the matching degree (VSWR) of the characteristic impedance with respect to transmission signals can be easily and appropriately matched.
Abstract:
An electronic device is provided comprising a connection interface including a connection portion; and a fastening portion comprising a plate that is configured to: (i) be substantially flush with a surface of the electronic device when the connection interface and a connector are not mated, and (ii) extend or recede from the surface of the electronic device when the connection interface and the connector are mated.
Abstract:
A terminal in accordance with one exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure includes a terminal body, a substrate mounted onto the terminal body, and a socket module coupled to the substrate to transfer an electrical signal by being electrically connected to an inserted plug, and the socket module includes a housing having an opening at one surface thereof, the plug being inserted into the opening, and a coupling unit formed at at least one side of the housing, and slidable with respect to the substrate upon being coupled to the substrate. This may allow a substrate assembly coupled with the socket module to become slimmer by a thickness of the substrate, resulting in providing a more size-reduced terminal.
Abstract:
An ear plug apparatus using a 5-pole connection terminal is provided. The apparatus includes an ear plug and at least one connection terminal. The at least one connection terminal is attached to the ear plug. At least one connection terminal is positioned at an end of a body of the ear plug and isolates a space between one connection terminal and another connection terminal and includes at least one insulation pad attached to the ear plug.
