Abstract: A battery including: a battery can having a cylindrical portion, a bottom wall closing one end of the cylindrical portion, and an open rim continuing to the other end of the cylindrical portion; an electrode body housed in the cylindrical portion; and a sealing body fixed to the open rim so as to seal an opening defined by the open rim. The sealing body includes a sealing plate and a gasket disposed at a peripheral portion of the sealing plate. The gasket is compressed between an end surface of the peripheral portion and the open rim, in a radial direction of the opening.

Abstract: A laminate-type power storage element includes a flat plate-shaped electrode body and an exterior body. The electrode body is configured by stacking a sheet-shaped positive electrode and a sheet-shaped negative electrode on either side of a separator. The exterior body is formed in a flattened bag-shape by thermocompression bonding peripheral edge regions of two opposing laminated films, to seal the electrode body inside the flattened bag-shape of the exterior body together with an electrolyte. The separator has a sheet-shaped substrate and at least one bonding layer formed on at least one surface of the substrate. A peripheral edge portion of the separator is sandwiched between and bonded by the two laminated films at a peripheral inside of the peripheral edge regions of the two laminated films.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a secondary battery, which comprises an electrode assembly and a pouch. The pouch comprises a first packaging film and a second packaging film, the second packaging film and the first packaging film are integrally formed, and the second packaging film extends from an edge of the first packaging film in a longitudinal direction and bends back to the first packaging film. The electrode assembly is provided between the first packaging film and the second packaging film. The first packaging film and the second packaging film are connected outside the electrode assembly to form a sealing portion, the sealing portion comprises a side sealing region and a bottom sealing region. The side sealing region is provided at an outer side of the electrode assembly in a transverse direction, and the side sealing region bends in a direction close to the electrode assembly. The bottom sealing region is provided at a side of the electrode assembly close to a position where the second packaging film bends back, and the bottom sealing region is connected with the side sealing region.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a secondary battery, which comprises an electrode assembly, a pouch, an electrode lead and an insulating tape. The electrode assembly is received in the pouch, the electrode lead is connected with the electrode assembly and extends to the outside of the pouch in a length direction. The electrode assembly comprises electrode plates and a separator, the separator separates the electrode plates. An outer surface of the electrode assembly comprises a first surface and a second surface, an area of the second surface is smaller than an area of the first surface. The first surface is provided as two in number, and the two first surfaces face each other in a thickness direction; the second surface is provided as two in number, and the two second surfaces face each other in a width direction, each second surface connects two first surfaces. At least a part of the insulating tape is provided on the second surface; in the length direction, at least one end of the insulating tape exceeds the electrode plate.
