Abstract: The present application relates to a cured product and the use thereof. When the cured product, for example, is applied to a semiconductor device such as an LED or the like, the decrease in brightness may be minimized even upon the long-term use of the device, and since the cured product has excellent cracking resistance, the device having high long-term reliability may be provided. The cured product has excellent processability, workability, and adhesive properties or the like, and does not cause whitening and surface stickiness, etc. Further, the cured product exhibits excellent heat resistance at high temperature, gas barrier properties, etc. The cured product may be, for example, applied as an encapsulant or an adhesive material of a semiconductor device.

Abstract: A resin composition includes an acrylic resin and a graft copolymer having a gel content of 65% to 84%, wherein the graft copolymer is a multistage-polymerized graft copolymer obtained by a multistage polymerization including the polymerization stages (I) to (III). In the polymerization stage (I), a first monomer mixture and a polyfunctional monomer are polymerized in a presence of a primary alkyl mercaptan-based chain transfer agent and/or a secondary alkyl mercaptan-based chain transfer agent to obtain a first hard polymer. In the polymerization stage (II), a second monomer mixture and a polyfunctional monomer are poloymerized to obtain a soft polymer. In the polymerization stage (III), a third monomer mixture and a polyfunctional monomer are polymerized to obtain a second hard polymer.

Abstract: Provided are a novel composite material in which a fluoropolymer and a fluorine-containing organopolysiloxane are dispersed in a mutually inseparable state, a method for producing the same, use of the same, and a precursor composition. The fluoropolymer-fluorine-containing organopolysiloxane composite material comprises: (A) one or more fluoropolymers selected from the group comprising polyvinylidene fluoride and polyvinylidene fluoride copolymers; (B) an organopolysiloxane crosslinking reaction product having a fluorine atom-containing organic group, obtained by subjecting to a crosslinking reaction a reactive organopolysiloxane having a fluorine atom-containing organic group and one or more reactive functional groups in the molecule capable of crosslinking between molecules by the reaction of these reactive functional groups; and optionally (X) fillers and/or other additives besides component (A) and component (B). Components (A) and (B) are included such that the mass ratio ((A)/(B)) of component (A) and component (B) is in the range of from 99/1 to 60/40.

Abstract: The present invention provides a conductive polymer composite including: (A) a π-conjugated polymer, and (B) a dopant polymer which contains a repeating unit “a” shown by the following general formula (1) and has a weight-average molecular weight in the range of 1,000 to 500,000. There can be provided a conductive polymer composite that has excellent filterability and film-formability by spin coating, and also can form a conductive film having high transparency and flatness when the film is formed therefrom.

Abstract: Disclosed is a polyolefin composition for stretched film including an olefin-based polymer (A) having a melting endotherm (ΔH-D), as obtained from a melting endothermic curve which is obtained under a measurement condition of holding a sample at −10° C. for 5 minutes in a nitrogen atmosphere and then increasing the temperature at a rate of 10° C./min with a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), of 0 to 80 J/g; and an olefin-based polymer (B) having a melting endotherm (ΔH-D), as observed under the foregoing measurement condition, of more than 80 J/g, wherein a content of the olefin-based polymer (A) is 0.5% by mass or more and less than 17% by mass relative to a total content of the olefin-based polymer (A) and the olefin-based polymer (B), and the polyolefin composition has a melting endotherm (ΔH-D), as observed under the foregoing measurement condition, of 80 to 120 J/g.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a polycarbonate resin composition including both of silicone oil and olefin-based wax at a proper ratio and thus having improved dispersibility of titanium dioxide in the composition as well as high impact strength and melt index (moldability), and also relates to a polycarbonate molded article made of the polycarbonate resin composition. The polycarbonate resin composition according to the present invention includes silicone oil and olefin-based wax at a proper ratio and thus improves dispersibility of titanium dioxide which is added to the composition to give whiteness, while preserving high impact strength and melt index (moldability), so that crawling which is generated on the surface of a final product of polycarbonate molded article is prevented and the appearance property of the molded article is improved. Therefore, the polycarbonate resin composition according to the present invention has characteristics of high whiteness as well as high impact strength and melt index (moldability), and thus is easily applicable to industries in need of the polycarbonate resin.
