    Abstract: A three-dimensional rotating intelligent storage compartment is provided in the present invention, which includes a tower body, a center of the tower body being provided with a central garage for storing bicycles, the central garage including a central pillar. A plurality of layers of placement plates are arranged around the central pillar, and each layer of the placement plates is equally divided into a plurality of independent storage spaces by a longitudinal partitioning plate. A longitudinal edge on one side of the longitudinal partitioning plate is fixed to the central pillar; each storage space is provided with a clamping mechanism for clamping bicycle. An inner wall of the tower body is longitudinally provided with a plurality of loop tracks, each loop track is provided with a plurality of ferry parking spaces, which are movable within the loop track, is capable of clamping bicycle in a standing position and capable of pushing bicycle to the placement plate. The present invention can operate conveniently, and can save footprint area of bicycles.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for recognizing a seawater polluted area based on a high-resolution remote sensing image and a device and belongs to the field of digital image processing. According to the method, firstly, automatic sea and land classification is performed on a remote sensing image by using a supervised learning algorithm, a classification result may reach a higher precision level by processized iterative clustering, and meanwhile, compared with an existing analysis and classification method for a sea and land boundary, the algorithm is less in calculation; and then, a chlorophyll-associated normalized difference vegetation index, a brightness-associated normalized difference water shadow index, a segmentation-based image interpretation thought and a human visual saliency based mechanism in remote sensing interpretation are combined by virtue of a chlorophyll concentration difference of a seawater polluted area and surrounding seawater and a brightness difference of pollutant shadows, and the seawater polluted area is extracted by threshold segmentation, an area where the water quality is good and a heavily polluted area are respectively extracted, and then, a pollution transition area is further extracted. The method disclosed by the present invention provides convenience and an accurate reference for prevention and control of marine pollution.

    Abstract: An irrigation device, including: a rain barrel; a water pump; a humidity detector; a permeable pipe; a control unit; a first valve; a second valve; a cleaning unit. The permeable pipe includes a plurality of circumferentially-distributed bores. The rain barrel, the water pump, the first valve and the permeable pipe are connected sequentially. The humidity detector is adapted to detect a humidity of a green land. The humidity detector and the permeable pipe are disposed in the green land. The rain barrel is connected to a municipal sewage pipe via the second valve. The cleaning unit is disposed in the rain barrel for cleaning the inner wall of the rain barrel. The first valve, the second valve, the humidity detector, and the cleaning unit are all electrically connected to the control unit.
