Abstract: Disclosed is a data sharing method, including: building a trust alliance block chain, the trust alliance block chain comprising a main chain and at least one slave chain; each slave chain corresponding to a domain; and each domain comprising a leader node; establishing a virtual slave chain on the trust alliance block chain; designating, by the leader node in each domain, a node as a federated learning node; assigning, by the leader node in each domain, a virtual identity to the federated learning node to join the federated learning node to the virtual slave chain; and performing, by each federated learning node, a joint training on a local federated learning model using data generated in its own domain to establish a public federated learning model, through which data are shared among the domains. The present disclosure further provides a data sharing system, an electronic device and a storage medium.

Abstract: Examples of the present disclosure provide a method for setting up a route path, a device and a computer-readable storage medium. The method may include: establishing a neighbor list; wherein, the neighbor list comprises neighbor nodes of the node and position information of the neighbor nodes; in response to receiving a routing request (RREQ) message from a previous hop node, recording a source Internet Protocol (IP) address of a source node contained in the RREQ message as a destination IP address in a routing table established in the node; recording the previous hop node as a next hop node corresponding to the destination IP address in the routing table; selecting a pre-determined number of nodes from the neighbor list as next hop nodes of the RREQ message according to the position information of the neighbor nodes; and sending the RREQ message to the next hop nodes.

Abstract: Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for handover between heterogeneous networks. The method comprises: obtaining, for each of a plurality of candidate networks, parameters of the candidate network including a packet loss rate and a network load, and taking the obtained parameters as decision parameters of the candidate network; obtaining each of preset service types and a preset weight factor for at least one user preference corresponding to the preset service type; calculating weights of decision parameters for each preset service type by using the decision parameters of the candidate network and through an Analytic Hierarchy Process, and determining a weight vector for the preset service type; adjusting the weight vector for each preset service type by using the preset weight factor; calculating, using the weight vector and through an intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy multi-attribute decision-making algorithm, a score for each of the candidate networks, determining the candidate network with the highest score as a target network, and triggering a handover.

Abstract: A polar code construction method, apparatus, electronic device, and readable storage medium, applied to the field of wireless communication technology to reduce the complexity of polar code construction. The method comprises: calculating a weight spectrum corresponding to a polarized channel of a polar code with code length 2N based on the weight spectrum corresponding to the polarized channel with code length N, and MacWilliams identities; calculating, for each polarized channel, a union bound on the error probability of the polarized channel under the condition of additive white Gaussian noise based on the weight spectrum corresponding to the polarized channel and a union bound formula; determining the error probability threshold values based on the union bounds and a measurement method; sorting the error probability threshold values of all the polarized channels in ascending order, and selecting the polarized channels corresponding to the K smallest error probability threshold values.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide an end-to-end lightweight method and apparatus for license plate recognition. The method comprises: obtaining an image to be recognized; obtaining a number of a license plate in the image to be recognized and position coordinates of the license plate in the image to be recognized on the basis of the image to be recognized and a pre-trained target license plate recognition model, wherein the target license plate recognition model comprises a target feature extraction network, a target region candidate localization network, a target super-resolution generation network and a target recurrent neural network. Because in this solution, once an image to be recognized is input into the target license plate recognition model, the target license plate recognition model can output the license plate number and position coordinates of the license plate in the image to be recognized, one realizes an end-to-end model. The model has relatively strong robustness, and it can detect and recognize pictures taken under different camera angles. Moreover, computation variables such as image features can be reused without repeated computations, the model takes up less RAM and the speed of license plate recognition is greatly improved.
