A vertical capacitor-less DRAM cell is described, including: a source layer having a first conductivity type, a storage layer disposed on the source layer and having a second conductivity type, an active layer disposed on the storage layer and having the first conductivity type, a drain layer disposed on the active layer and having the second conductivity type, an address gate disposed beside the active layer and separated from the same by a first gate dielectric layer, and a storage gate disposed beside the storage layer and separated from the same by a second gate dielectric layer. The DRAM cell can be written by turning on the MOSFET formed by the storage layer, the active layer, the drain layer, the first gate dielectric layer and the address gate to inject carriers into the storage layer from the active layer.

A dynamic random access memory cell having vertical channel transistor includes a semiconductor pillar, a drain layer, an assisted gate, a control gate, a source layer, and a capacitor. The vertical channel transistor has an active region formed by the semiconductor pillar. The drain layer is formed at the bottom of the semiconductor pillar. The assisted gate is formed beside the drain layer, and separated from the drain layer by a first gate dielectric layer. The control gate is formed beside the semiconductor pillar, and separated from the active region by a second gate dielectric layer. The source layer is formed at the top of the semiconductor pillar. The capacitor is formed to electrical connect to the source layer.
Abstract:
A method and a system for filtering and displaying information from different sources are provided for a terminal device. In the method, a filtering program resident in the terminal device is provided to set at least one information type and one relevant interested condition, and the terminal device is connected to different information sources. After the terminal device connects to at least one information source corresponding to the information type, a specific information is extracted from at least one information updated by the information source according to the relevant interested condition, and the specific information is displayed on a desktop of the terminal device so as to assist a user in obtaining the important information more effectively.

A road-adaptive headlight for motorcycles includes a curved base plate having a left curved portion divided from top to bottom into a left-banking lighting zone and a left-crossing lighting zone, a right curved portion divided from top to bottom into a right-banking lighting zone and a right-crossing lighting zone, and a middle curved portion divided from top to bottom into a high-speed lighting zone, a main lighting zone and a horizontal lighting zone. LED light sources are provided in each of the above-mentioned zones. A power source assembly drives the base plate to incline upward or downward and to turn clockwise or counterclockwise. A controller is electrically connected to the LED light sources and the power source assembly for controlling the operation thereof. Thus, different headlight beam patterns can be quickly and flexibly produced under control to ensure increased road visibility and motorcycle riding safety.

The present invention relates to displaying system having a display panel which comprises a sealing structure adapted for assembling a first substrate to a second substrate in an ODF process. The sealing structure comprises a sealant, applied between the substrates, and the panel comprises a black matrix, disposed along the first substrate, with a slot or windows disposed thereon for facilitating the passage of UV light. The sealant is at least partially exposed from the black matrix for curing by the UV light, which is projecting from the outer side of the first substrate. By using the mentioned structure, the dimensions of the LCD frame could be diminished, so that the displaying region could be efficiently utilized.
