    Abstract: An auxiliary member for absorbing shock in a head lining of a vehicle, in which a corrugation member having corrugated portions continuously formed to be long in a transverse direction of the vehicle is installed between the head lining and a roof panel, and particularly, each of the corrugated portions may be divided into various areas according to a distance between the head lining and the roof panel, and a width of each area may be selected from various set widths according to head injury criterion (HIC(d)) based on a height of each area, such that the areas may have different widths even when having the same height. Thus, the auxiliary member may be designed to satisfy optimum conditions without interference between the roof panel and the head lining and degradation of shock absorbing performance.

    Abstract: In the present invention, magnets are mounted in a button part of a vanity lamp exposed toward a vehicle interior and a portion of a sun visor facing the button part to provide both a repulsive force and an attractive force so that a sun visor returns to a predetermined location with respect to the button part when the sun visor is folded, thereby preventing a phenomenon in which the vanity lamp is not turned off and a surface of the sun visor is damaged when the sun visor is folded and conveniently using the sun visor. Particularly, in the present invention, the vanity lamp can be turned off through only a simple manipulation of folding the sun visor without separate power by using permanent magnets as the magnets.

In particular, the wiring may be easily assembled by elastically deforming the support member by placing the wiring on the support member and pressing the wiring toward a headliner in a state where the OHC bracket is mounted on the headliner, and an OHC may be firmly supported and fixed without the OHC bracket separating or coming off from the headliner by assembling the wiring in a direction in which the OHC bracket is pressed when the wiring is assembled.

In addition, as a protruding rib integrally protrudes from the protruding portion, the protruding portion may fixedly support the weather strip more firmly in close contact with the vehicle body panel and thus more firmly and fixedly support the weather strip.

    Abstract: A vehicle headliner material includes a stiffening layer for reinforcing each side of a thermoplastic resin layer so that the material satisfies required bending stiffness while having lighter weight and thus can prevent safety accidents that may occur due to increasing of headliner material weight. In particular, by using a glass mat, with a thermoplastic resin sheet on each side thereof, that constitutes a part of each stiffening layer to reinforce structural stiffness of the material, the vehicle headliner material has improved formability, improved flexural strength, and direct adhesion without an additional adhesive or the like. Also, by not using polyurethane foam to prepare the vehicle headliner material, problems such as generation of dust derived from processing polyurethane foam into sheets can be eliminated, and safe and pleasant working environments can be provided for workers.
