Abstract:
Disclosed is a triphenylene based aromatic compound, wherein a benzene center is substituted with a triphenylene group and another aromatic group such as triphenylenyl, pyrenyl, phenylvinyl, carbazolylphenyl, or arylanthryl in the meta position of the benzene center. The meta-substituted aromatic compound of the invention has better thermal stability (Tg) than the conventional para-substituted aromatic compound. The meta-substituted aromatic compound, served as a hole transporting layer or a host material applied in a light emitting layer in an OLED, is more preferable than the conventional para-substituted aromatic compound.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a semiconductor process, a semiconductor element and a package having a semiconductor element. The semiconductor process includes the following steps: (a) providing a semiconductor element including a silicon base material and at least one conductive via structure disposed in the silicon base material; (b) removing part of the silicon base material to form a first surface, wherein the conductive via structure protrudes from the first surface of the silicon base material so as to form a through via structure; (c) forming a protective layer on the first surface of the silicon base material to cover the through via structure, wherein the protective layer is made of photo-sensitive material; (d) removing part of the protective layer to form a first surface, so as to expose the through via structure on the first surface of the protective layer. Whereby, the protective layer disposed on the through via structure is totally removed, so that the yield rate of electrically connecting the through via structure and external elements is ensured.

Abstract:
In radio communication, especially in a centralized network, a commonly faced problem is the issue of the coexistence between a plurality of networks and different networks use different network timing parameters with no synchronization to one another. Thus, a device of one network usually has a difficulty in communication with a device of another network whether or not both are in a radio communication range. This results in causing unwanted mutual interference because when two or more networks operate in the same operation space, a device belonging to a certain network has a difficulty in letting a device belonging to another network know about the existence of the device belonging to the certain network. A means for enabling the first device to communicate with the second device is presented and the operation in the current channel is stopped and the current channel in operation is opened with respect to the second device and the other devices in the network of the second device by the established communication means.
Abstract:
A servo motor with large rotor inertia includes a casing, a stator, a rotor and an inertial disk. The casing includes a hollow chamber and axial stages at front side and rear side thereof. The stator is arranged in the chamber and includes a ring and a plurality of coils around the ring. A through hole is defined at the center of the ring. A rotation shaft of the rotor is fixed to the stage and a magnet body is capped to the rotation shaft, where the magnet body is arranged in the through hole. The inertial disk is fixed to the rotation shaft of the rotor. The rotational inertia of the rotor is increased by rotating the inertial disk when the rotor is rotated by magnetize the stator. Therefore, the inertial disks of various sizes can be fixed to the rotor for matching different load inertia.

Abstract:
An adaptive beacon coordination method in a communication network using signal formats mutually incompatible. A coordination device broadcasts a first beacon in a first signal format and a second beacon in a second signal format in a superframe. The first and second beacons are used to send medium access information to a client device having the first signal format and a client device having the second signal format, respectively. When there are three or more signal formats in a network, the coordination device can broadcast three or more beacons. The number of beacons can be adapted to various superframes according to the functions of all the client devices in the network. If all the client devices support a signal format, the coordination device broadcasts only a single beacon in the signal format. After a predetermined number of superframes, the coordination device again starts to broadcast beacons so that new client devices having different respective signal formats can join the network.
Abstract:
A heat dissipation device includes a heat sink, a fan and two fan holders securing the fan on a top of the heat sink. Two locking parts are defined at two opposite lateral sides of the heat sink. Each fan holder includes an operating plate and a wire clip. The operating plate has first fastening parts formed at an upper edge of the operating plate and second fastening parts formed at a lower edge of the operating plate. The wire clip has a tensile part pivotally connected to the first fastening parts of the operating plate and two latching arms extending upwardly from two opposite ends of the tensile part. Upper ends of the latching arms of the wire clips are fastened to the fan. The second fastening parts of the operating plate engage with one of the two locking parts of the heat sink.
