Abstract: The disclosure provides a method and a device in a first node for wireless communication. The first node first monitors a first signaling and a second signaling in a first time-frequency resource set, then judges whether to transmit a first radio signal according to a monitoring result of the first signaling, and finally transmits the first radio signal in a second time-frequency resource set, when judging to transmit the first radio signal; wherein the second signaling is not detected in the first time-frequency resource set, a signaling format corresponding to the second signaling is used for scheduling of a data signal. Through designing the first signaling and the second signaling, the disclosure solves the problem of missing detection of a sidelink scheduling signaling in Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) caused when a data receiver only feeds back incorrect reception, thereby improving the overall performance of the system.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a method and a device in a User Equipment (UE) and a base station for wireless communication. The UE receives a first signaling for indicating a first time-frequency resource pool and a first spatial parameter group and a second signaling for indicating a second spatial parameter group in turn, the first spatial parameter group being associated to the first time-frequency resource pool including a first time-frequency resource set; the UE judges whether the first time-frequency resource set can transmit a radio signal; if so, the UE transmits a first radio signal in the first time-frequency resource set; otherwise, the UE gives up transmitting a radio signal in the first time-frequency resource set; the first spatial parameter group and the second spatial parameter group judge whether the first time-frequency resource set can transmit a radio signal. The disclosure improves efficiency of configured grant uplink transmission.

The communication node first transmits first information, and then transmits a first radio signal; the first radio signal occupies a first time interval in time domain; the first information is used for indicating a target time length, the target time length is one candidate time length in a target candidate time length set; the first time interval belongs to a first time window, time domain resources in the first time window other than the first time interval are reserved as a gap by a transmitter of the first radio signal, and the target time length is equal to a difference value between the time length of the first time window and the time length of the first time interval. The disclosure improves resource utilization.

The UE first receives K downlink signalings, the K downlink signalings indicating K time-frequency resources respectively; then the UE determines K1 time-frequency resource(s) from the K time-frequency resources, only the K1 time-frequency resource(s) among the K time-frequency resources needing no listening before wireless transmission therein; and finally the UE transmits target information in a target time-frequency resource; wherein the target time-frequency resource is one of the K1 time-frequency resource(s) determined according to a predefined criterion, and the K time-frequency resources are all deployed on unlicensed spectrum. The disclosure transmits the target information in the target time-frequency resource by designing a predefined criterion, improving the reliability of transmission of uplink channel in unlicensed spectrum scenarios, particularly the reliability of transmission of uplink control information.
