Abstract:
To provide a cooling apparatus that restrains a rise in conductivity of a cooling medium. A cooling apparatus for a fuel cell includes cooling piping through which a cooling medium for cooling the fuel cell flows, a conductivity measuring unit measuring a conductivity of the cooling medium that flows through the cooling piping, a conductivity reducing agent supply unit supplying the cooling piping with a conductivity reducing agent for reducing the conductivity of the cooling medium, and a control unit controlling the conductivity reducing agent supply unit in accordance with a value of the measured conductivity.
Abstract:
A scan ID, which is operation identification information having been used for selection of an image reading condition or the like, is used for selection of a communication destination from among a plurality of host PCs having network-connection to a scanner relay apparatus. Information such as an image reading condition associated with the scan ID is sent to a host PC defined as a communication destination, and a scan command sent back from the host PC, whose protocol is converted, is sent to a scanner apparatus. Furthermore, image data sent back from the scanner apparatus is sent to the host PC.
Abstract:
Balls are interposed between respective raceway surfaces of inner and outer ring members, and a seal apparatus is provided between shoulder portions of the inner and outer ring members. The seal apparatus comprises an outer ring-side seal ring fixed to the outer ring member, and an inner ring-side seal ring fixed to the inner ring member. A pulser ring is fixed to a ring-shaped core metal of the inner ring-side seal ring. In an outer diameter side of the ring-shaped core metal of the outer ring-side seal ring, a magnetic sensor is molded with resin by an external member to be integrated therein. A connector connected to the magnetic sensor is formed consecutive with the external member.
Abstract:
An object of the present invention is to decrease a care-of address update duration in switching of a link used for connection to an IP network by a mobile node (MN). MN acquires a list of access routers (ARs) existing on neighboring links to the link used for connection by the mobile node and creates a list of care-of addresses (CoAs) corresponding to the respective ARs entered in the list, each CoA being used as a destination of MN at a link on which an AR corresponding thereto exists. After the change of the connected link, MN acquires a data link layer address of AR existing on the link after the change and detects a default router on the basis of the address with reference to the access node list. Furthermore, MN detects a CoA with a network prefix corresponding with a subnet prefix of the default router, as a primary CoA and requests MAP to register a binding between the primary CoA and HoA.
Abstract:
An outer ring is provided with the stator of a resolver, and a ring member with the rotor of the resolver. The stator comprises an annular core and a winding provided around the core. The ring member is provided at a position opposed to the stator with an eccentric cylindrical face serving as the rotor and eccentric with respect to other outer peripheral surface of the ring member.
Abstract:
A sensor device 2 has a magnetostrictive sensor 8 provided on a fixed-side raceway member 3 for detecting a gap between the sensor and a rotation-side raceway member 4, and means for processing the output of the magnetostrictive sensor 8. The processing means comprises a rotation detecting unit for determining the speed of rotation of the rotation-side raceway member 4 from the number of repetitions of a variation in the output of the magnetostrictive sensor 8, a unit for averaging output values of the magnetostrictive sensor 8 and a load calculating unit for determining the load acting on an antifriction bearing from the output averaged by the averaging unit.
Abstract:
A dimmer switch takes the form of a rotary switch including a stationary portion fixed to a vehicle and an operable rotary portion, and is constructed such that switching between a high beam position and a low beam position is made by a rotational operation in opposite directions at a same position in an axial direction of the rotary portion. In addition, the rotary portion is slideable in the axial direction, and a rotational operation to switch from the low beam position to the off position can not be made without the axial sliding movement of the rotary portion. Hence, switching from one of the high beam, low beam, and off positions to another can be made by a same rotational operation, while an erroneous operation to switch to the off state when a switching from high beam to low beam is prevented.
Abstract:
A sensor device 4 has a resolver comprising a stator 21 provided on a suspension member 1 and a rotor 31 provided on an axle member 2. The axle member 2 comprises a drive shaft 11 to be connected to a power transmission, and a hub shaft 12 having a wheel mount portion 13 and fixed to the drive shaft 11. The stator 21 is provided by a press fit on an axial end of knuckle 1a of the suspension member 1 toward a wheel, and the rotor 31 is provided by a press fit on the hub shaft 12 of the axle member 2. The stator 21 and the rotor 31 are opposed to each other radially thereof. An antifriction bearing 3 has rolling bodies 7 in left and right two rows, an outer ring 5 in the form of an integral ring having two raceways, and divided inner rings 6 each having a single raceway.
Abstract:
An air cleaner device for a vehicle is provided with an air cleaner body containing an air cleaner element and a snorkel connected to the air cleaner body to introduce the outside air into the air cleaner body. The snorkel extends forward of the vehicle past a side of a cylinder portion which projects upward from an engine, and a front end of the snorkel opens between right and left seats of the vehicle. With this configuration, even if the air cleaner body of the air cleaner device should be flooded, it is difficult for water to enter into the interior. Further, it is difficult for the air cleaner body to be influenced by heat, and difficult for dust to get into the air cleaner body.
Abstract:
A brake caliper support structure and a brake caliper structure for a saddle-ride type all terrain vehicle can attain a reduction in size and weight of a disc brake and can scrape off mud and snow accumulated within a wheel. A distance from a point which represents the center of a front wheel to each of points which represent the axes of bolts located at the same positions as the caliper support portions or the first and second mounting portions of the caliper bracket is set longer than the distance from the point to a point which represents the center of a piston. A brake hose is to be prevented from undergoing an excessively large deflection during steering or during vehicular vibration.
