The invention concerns a network creation process for the provision of internet and/or television type data signals across the complete land surface, Linking through a digital wireless link at least one aircraft (300) with the earth station (200) on one hand, and on the other hand, with at least one means of emission and receipt, whether fixed or borne by at least one user (400), moving to an altitude lower than or equal to ten kilometers above the global land surface, and being equipped with one or several payloads powered by the energy of the aircraft (300) in such a way as to use emission and receipt relays for the provision of at least one type of signal on the global land surface. The said process is remarkable in that the power of signals (radiation) emitted by the payload is modulated to vary according to the altitude of the aircraft (300) and can thus vary from 0% on earth to 100% during cruising. The invention also concerns the payload and the aircraft that enable implementing the said process.

A device for communicating and monitoring railway tracks includes a plurality of communicating and monitoring terminals arranged along the tracks. Each of the terminals includes an image-capturing module, a wireless communicating module that allows for communication between the terminals and with a train, and a module for storing electrical power continuously supplying the image-capturing module and the communicating module. Each terminal also includes a power-generating module for supplying the module for storing electrical power. The power generating module recovers energy from the air displaced by the train running over the railway track. The device permits permanent monitoring by capturing images and makes permanent wireless connections available to the trains.

Disclosed is a method for reducing the increase in temperature at the surface of the earth and the increase in the content of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere due to the fossil fuel and non-fossil fuel combustion operations, remarkable in that it consists in reducing the increase in the temperature of the earth and the increase in the content of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, which reductions in the temperature of the earth and of the content of carbon dioxide are achieved by reducing the drop in the oxygen content in the atmosphere, which reduction in the drop in the oxygen content includes: producing pure oxygen or producing hydrogen peroxide, and using for fuel combustion the oxygen or hydrogen peroxide to reduce the consumption of oxygen contained in the air during the combustion operations. Also disclosed is the device, the vehicle and the plant for carrying out the method.

Disclosed is a method for producing a hydrogen-generating fuel, the hydrogen-generating fuel obtained, a method for producing hydrogen from the fuel, a device for carrying out the production method, a method for operating the device, and a hydrogen-based fuel obtained by use of the production method. The production method is characterized in that it consists in mixing, in a liquid, particles of one or more metals which are corrodible by a basic chemical substance or an acidic chemical substance for the purpose of producing hydrogen, the particles being kept in suspension in the liquid, and the mixture composed of the liquid and the particles being chemically stabilized so as to prevent chemical reaction between the liquid and the particles.

The invention concerns a method of treating the pipes of the drinking water network of an aircraft for cleaning purposes, said network comprising at least one storage tank and a plurality of pipes providing a plurality of water inlet and outlet points, notable in that it involves the following operations: —injecting water at a high temperature of between fifty and one hundred degrees Celsius into the network, for treatment purposes, —draining, —injecting cold water at a temperature no higher than thirty degrees Celsius combined with chemical treatment products comprising a chlorinated product or hydrogen peroxide, —draining, —injecting water at a high temperature of between fifty and one hundred degrees Celsius for rinsing purposes, eliminating the chemical treatment products comprising a chlorinated product or hydrogen peroxide, —draining. Applications: cleaning the drinking water network of an aircraft.
