A package comprises a die stack having at least two stacked dies coupled for contactless communications with each other. At least one of the stacked dies has a substrate joined to its major face. The substrate has a plurality of conductive traces in or on the substrate for conducting power to the dies and for conducting heat from the dies. At least one conductive pillar is joined to at least one of the conductive traces on at least a first edge of the substrate, for conducting power to the at least one die and for conducting heat from the at least one die.

The present invention discloses a PPG imaging device and a PPG measuring method. The PPG imaging device comprises a light emitting unit, a collimator unit, a beam splitter unit, an image sensing unit, and an image analysis unit. The light emitting unit provides an incident light signal. The collimator unit receives the incident light signal and transforms the incident light signal into a parallel light signal. The beam splitter unit receives the parallel light signal and reflects it to a tested region. The image sensing unit receives a reflected light signal reflected from the tested region and converts it into image signals. The image analysis unit connects with the image sensing unit and analyzes the image signals to obtain PPG signals of the tested region. The PPG imaging device may be arranged in an anti-light pollution unit, whereby to prevent from optical interference and obtain higher measurement precision.

An exemplary heat dissipation fan includes a rotor and a stator. The rotor includes a hub, a central shaft extending down from a top end of the hub, the shaft having a free end far from the top end of the hub. A magnetic element attached to an inner periphery of the hub. The stator includes a stator core consisting layers of yokes, two insulation frames mounted at two opposite ends of the stator core and a coil wound around the insulation frames. An outer surface of the stator faces and is spaced from an inner surface of the magnetic element of the rotor with a clearance defined therebetween. A width of a bottom end of the clearance adjacent to the free end of the shaft being smaller than a width of a top end of the clearance.

The first switch includes a first control terminal receiving a first scan signal, a first terminal receiving a first operation voltage, and a second terminal. The second switch includes a second control terminal receiving a second scan signal, a third terminal, and a fourth terminal coupled to the source driver. The first capacitor is coupled between the first and the second terminals. The second capacitor is coupled between the second and the third terminals. The driving transistor includes a gate coupled to the second terminal, a source receiving the first operation voltage, and a drain. The luminiferous device is coupled to the drain and receiving a second operation voltage.

A method for preparing a metal-nanotube composite catalyst for an electro-chemical oxygen reduction reaction includes: debundling carbon nanotubes (CNTs); loading a carbon-containing polymeric material onto the surfaces of the nanotubes that have been debundled; carbonizing in situ the carbon-containing polymeric material on the carbon nanotubes to form carbon char layers surrounding the surfaces of the carbon nanotubes; and loading metal catalyst particles on the carbon nanotubes. The carbon char layers contain high amount of nitrogen and may be formed into a porous structure.

An embodiment of the disclosure provides a manufacturing method of a porous carbon material, which includes: dissolving a surfactant and a carbon source material in a solvent to form an organic template precursor solution; preparing a silicate aqueous solution; pouring the organic template precursor solution into the silicate aqueous solution to precipitate out an intermediate, wherein the intermediate includes the surfactant, the carbon source material and a silicon oxide template; heating the intermediate to carbonize the intermediate; and removing the silicon oxide template to form a porous carbon material. Another embodiment of the disclosure provides a porous carbon material.

An active device array substrate includes a substrate, first scan lines, second scan lines, data lines, display units and a meshed common line. The first and second scan lines are alternately arranged on the substrate. Each of the display units is respectively located between two adjacent data lines and respectively includes a first pixel and a second pixel, wherein the first pixel is electrically connected to one of the first scan lines, the second pixel is electrically connected to one of the second scan lines, and the first and second pixels are respectively electrically connected to a different data line. In addition, the meshed common line includes ring-shaped patterns, wherein each ring-shaped pattern includes two semi-ring-shaped patterns connected to each other and respectively located at both sides of a single data line, and the two semi-ring-shaped patterns of a same ring-shaped pattern are respectively located under different display units.

The present invention may be related to a system of providing location-based service and an LBS widget coupled with the system. The LBS widget may include a positioning module, a map module and an LBS promotion module. The positioning module may be configured to receive first coordinates. The map module may be configured to show a part of a map on a first user interface, wherein the part of the map may include a first location corresponding to the first coordinates. Moreover, the LBS promotion module may be configured to receive product information and second coordinates related to a promoted product page and mark a second location corresponding to the second coordinates on the part of the map.
