A cell culture apparatus having a cell-holding container and a pinholder-shaped member comprising needle-shaped bodies arranged on a substrate, wherein a protruding part is formed in the center of the bottom surface of the cell-holding container, a recessed part is formed between the center and a side wall, and through-holes through which the needle-shaped bodies penetrate are established on the bottom surface of the recessed part; the needle-shaped bodies are arranged in correspondence with the positions of the through-holes; and the pinholder-shaped member is arranged, such that a tip-side portion of each of the needle-shaped bodies penetrates through the corresponding through-hole from the bottom surface side or upper surface side of the cell-holding container.

The present invention is to provide a computer system, a method, and a program for diagnosing a subject that improve the accuracy of diagnosis by combining a plurality of time-series image data more than that by a conventional single image analysis. The computer system for diagnosing a subject acquires a plurality of first subject images with time series variation of the subject, analyzes the acquired first subject images, acquires a plurality of second subject images with time series variation of another subject in the past, analyzes the acquired second subject images, checks the analysis result of the first subject images and the analysis result of the second subject images, and diagnoses the subject based on the check result.

Thereby, a method for detecting idiopathic interstitial pneumonia using a marker is provided.
Abstract:
There is provided a crack detection system in which a crack can be detected from a strain distribution of a part to be detected of an object. After taking the image of the part to be detected of the detection object by the imaging unit, the heat is applied by the heating unit. Furthermore, image of the part to be detected are taken again and an image analysis unit analyzes the images before and after applying the heat to acquire a strain distribution of the part to be detected, so that the crack can be detected based on difference in a state of strain between a place where the crack exist and the other place. Therefore, taking the images of the part to be detected including its coating layer enables the analysis to progress without removing the coating layer to detect the crack.

There is provided a steam power cycle system in which steam power cycles using pure materials as a working fluid is used in a multiple stage to reduce pressure loss in the flow channels in the respective heat exchanger so that the fluid serving as heat sources has been caused to make an effective heat exchange with the working fluid. More specifically, not only that the respective flow channels for the fluid serving as heat sources in the evaporator and the condenser in the respective steam power cycle units are connected in series to each other, but the evaporator and the condenser comprise a cross-flow type heat exchanger and are arranged respectively in a flowing direction of the fluid serving as heat source. Consequently, it is possible to reduce the length of the flow channels to the minimum necessary, simplify the flow channel structure, and reduce the pressure loss.

The present systems has the server and the user terminal, the server has a storage unit for storing at least one educational material and a transmitting unit for transmitting said educational material to the user terminal, the user terminal has a receiving unit for receiving said educational material from the server; display unit for presenting the received educational material to a user; a recognizing unit for recognizing movement of the user; and a transmitting unit for transmitting said recognized movement, wherein the server further has a receiving unit for receiving the movement from the user terminal; and an evaluating part for evaluating learning behavior of the user based on the movement.

The surface of the coating film located in the first region has a larger surface roughness than the surface of the base in the third region.
