Abstract: Provided is a method of manufacturing a printed circuit nano-fiber web. A method of manufacturing a printed circuit nano-fiber web according to an embodiment of the present invention includes (1) a step of electrospinning a spinning solution including a fiber-forming ingredient to manufacture a nano-fiber web; and (2) a step of forming a circuit pattern to coat an outer surface of nano-fiber included in a predetermined region on the nano-fiber web using an electroless plating method. According to the present invention, a circuit pattern-printed nano-fiber web having flexibility and resilience suitable for future smart devices may be realized. In addition, a circuit pattern may be densely formed to a uniform thickness on a flexible nano-fiber web using an electroless plating method, and the flexible nano-fiber web may include a plurality of pores. Accordingly, since the printed circuit nano-fiber web may satisfy waterproofness and air permeability characteristics, it can be used in various future industrial fields including medical devices, such as biopatches, and an electronic device, such as smart devices.

Abstract: A filter medium is provided. The filter medium according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a second support body and a nanofiber web layer which are sequentially stacked on each of both surfaces of a first support body, and is a filter medium having a flow path through which a filtrate filtrated in the nanofiber web flows in the direction of the first support body, wherein the nanofiber web has a basis weight of 30 g/m2 or less, the first support body has a basis weight of 250 g/m2 or more, and a thickness of 90% or more of the total thickness of the filter media. Accordingly, even in a backwash process performed at high pressure, as the shape, structural deformation, and damage of the filter medium can be minimized, the use period can be extended. In addition, as the flow path is smoothly secured at high pressure applied at the time of filtration and/or backwashing, the filtration water is quickly discharged to the outside from the inside of the filter medium or the backwashing efficiency is very excellent, and accordingly it is possible to be applied in various ways in various water treatment fields.

Abstract: Provided is a flexible electromagnetic wave shielding material. An electromagnetic wave shielding material according to an embodiment of the present invention is implemented to include a conductive fiber web including a conductive composite fiber including a metal shell part covering an outside of a fiber part such that the conductive composite fiber forms multiple pores; and a first conductive component provided in at least some of the pores. The electromagnetic wave shielding material is so excellent in flexibility, elasticity, and creasing/recovery that the electromagnetic wave shielding material may be freely changed in shape, and can be brought in complete contact with a surface where the electromagnetic wave shielding material is intended to be disposed even if the surface has a curved shape such as an uneven portion or a stepped portion, thus exhibiting excellent electromagnetic wave shielding performance. Also, it is possible to prevent deterioration of the electromagnetic wave shielding performance even with various shape changes. Furthermore, even if parts are provided in a narrow area at a high density, the electromagnetic wave shielding material can be brought into complete contact with the mounted parts by overcoming a tight space between the parts and a stepped portion. Thus, the present invention can be easily employed for a light, thin, short, and small or flexible electronic device.

Abstract: Provided are a flexible electromagnetic shielding sheet and an electronic device having the same. Abstract: Provided is yarn for a cell culture scaffold. The yarn for a cell culture scaffold according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes slitting yarn produced by cutting a compressed nanofiber web to a predetermined width. Accordingly, by creating microenvironments suitable for migration, proliferation and differentiation of cells, cell viability may be enhanced and cells may be three-dimensionally proliferated. In addition, a scaffold according to the present invention has a mechanical strength sufficient for prevention of disruption of the scaffold which occurs during cell culture, such that cells may be stably proliferated. Further, the scaffold according to the present invention uses slitting yarn formed of the compressed nanofiber web, thereby having pores with various sizes, and therefore cell proliferation and cell viability may be enhanced by creation of an extracellular matrix-like environment.

Abstract: A filter medium is provided. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the filter medium is implemented by including: a porous second support and a nanofiber web which are sequentially stacked on each of an upper portion and a lower portion of a first support; and a channel through which a filtrate filtered in the nanofiber web flows in a direction of the first support, wherein the first support, the second support, and the nanofiber web satisfy predetermined conditions on a basis weight and a thickness of each layer. In a water treatment operation of the filter medium, the shape, structural deformation, and damage of the filter medium can be minimized, excellent filtration efficiency can be implemented, and a channel can be smoothly secured, thereby securing high flux. In addition, even at high pressure applied during backwashing, the filter medium has an extended use period due to excellent durability of the filter medium. Accordingly, the filter medium can be variously applied in various water treatment fields.
