Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed from the perspective of a network. In one embodiment, the method includes the network configuring a DL (Downlink) BWP (Bandwidth Part) and an UL (Uplink) BWP in a first serving cell to a UE (User Equipment). The method also includes the network configuring a paired spectrum operation in the first serving cell to the UE. The method further includes the network transmitting a first DCI (Downlink Control Information) to the UE, wherein the first DCI comprises a slot format combination indicating one or more slot format values for the DL BWP and one or more slot format values for the UL BWP. In addition, the method includes the network prevents from setting an amount of slot format values in the slot format combination in the first DCI to be not divided by a first number, wherein the first number is associated with an absolute value of a difference of a first SCS (Subcarrier Spacing) configuration and a second SCS configuration.

Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed from the perspective of a UE. In one embodiment, the method includes the UE receiving a first configuration for PUSCH transmission with configured grant, wherein the first configuration indicates a first SRI value, and the first SRI value is associated with a first reference signal. The method also includes the UE transmitting a first PUSCH with configured grant by using a transmission precoder or a spatial filter, wherein the transmission precoder or the spatial filter is for transmitting the first reference signal. The method further includes the UE transmitting, in response to detecting beam failure recovery, a RA preamble on a PRACH resource for beam failure recovery, wherein the PRACH resource is associated with a candidate reference signal. In addition, the method includes the UE monitoring and/or receiving a response corresponding to the RA preamble via one or more antenna port quasi co-location parameters associated with the candidate reference signal during the BFR procedure. Furthermore, the method includes the UE transmitting, if the UE receives the response, a second PUSCH with configured grant on occasions configured in the first configuration via using the same transmission precoder or spatial filter for transmitting the PRACH resource until the UE receives a second configuration comprising SRI for PUSCH transmission with configured grant.

Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for downlink data buffering considering cross carrier scheduling in a wireless communication system are disclosed herein. In one method, the UE receives configuration of a first serving cell and a second serving cell from a network. The UE receives and/or monitors a first PDCCH transmitted on a scheduling CORESET of the second serving cell, wherein the first PDCCH schedules a first PDSCH transmitted on the first serving cell. The UE receives and/or monitors a second PDCCH transmitted on a scheduling CORESET of the second serving cell, wherein the second PDCCH schedules a second PDSCH transmitted on the second serving cell. The UE receives and/or buffers the second PDSCH via a TCI state used for PDCCH quasi co-location indication of the CORESET with the lowest CORESET-ID in the latest slot in which one or more CORESETs are configured for the UE, before the UE decodes successfully the second PDCCH. The UE does not receive and/or buffer the first PDSCH before the UE decodes successfully the first PDCCH.

Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed from the perspective of a User Equipment. In one embodiment, the method includes the UE detecting and/or receiving downlink transmission in a first channel occupancy time in unlicensed spectrum. The method also includes the UE detecting and/or receiving downlink transmission in a second channel occupancy time in unlicensed spectrum, wherein the second channel occupancy time is a next channel occupancy time detected by the UE after the first channel occupancy time. The method further includes that after the first channel occupancy time ends, the UE performs receiving beam sweeping in each time unit until the UE receives downlink transmission in the second channel occupancy time or until the UE finds a candidate beam in the second channel occupancy time.

In addition, the method includes the UE determines whether the TCI field is present in the DCI or not based on the parameter of the scheduling CORESET in the first DL BWP after the UE decodes successfully the DCI, wherein a BWP indicator field in the DCI indicates the second DL BWP different from the first DL BWP.

In addition, the method includes the UE transmitting the PUSCH via a spatial relation of a PUCCH resource, wherein the PUCCH resource is selected or determined based on value of the TRP identifier associated with or related to the PUSCH.

Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed from the perspective of a UE.
