Abstract: An image capturing apparatus includes a light guide plate, a first light transmissive layer, a second light transmissive layer, a third light transmissive layer, a light source and an image capturing device. The light guide plate has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The first light transmissive layer is disposed on the first surface. The second light transmissive layer is disposed on the second surface, wherein the second light transmissive layer is overlapped with a light transfer region of the light guide plate and not overlapped with a light penetration region of the light guide plate. The third light transmissive layer is disposed on the second surface and overlapped with the light transfer region and the light penetration region. Refractive indices of the third light transmissive layer and the light guide plate are higher than those of the first and second light transmissive layers.

Abstract: An image capturing device includes a cover plate, a sensing module, a frame body, a first adhesive layer, and a second adhesive layer is provided. A distance between two light absorbing columns farthest from each other among the light absorbing columns in each of the light collimating units is D. Abstract: A fingerprint identification device including a light source, a processor, and a light receiver is provided. The light source emits a light beam to an object. The light receiver captures an object image of the object in a time interval. The processor analyzes the object image to obtain a fingerprint image, and performs a fingerprint identification operation on the fingerprint image to obtain a fingerprint identification result. The processor further analyzes the object image to obtain pixel change data of the object image in the time interval, and determines whether the fingerprint image is verified according to the fingerprint identification result and the pixel change data. A fingerprint identification method is also provided.

Abstract: An identification apparatus including an image capturing device, at least one light emitting device disposed beside the image capturing device and a zoom lens disposed above the image capturing device is provided. The light emitting device is adapted to emit a visible light and an invisible light. A focal length of the zoom lens is adapted to be switched to a first focal length or a second focal length. The light emitting device emits the visible light and the focal length of the zoom lens is switched to the first focal length so that the image capturing device captures a fingerprint image of a finger.
