Abstract: The present disclosure provides a touch display device including a substrate, a light-emitting component, a first insulating layer, a touch part, a first transmission part, a first conductive connection structure and a second transmission part. The light-emitting component is disposed above the substrate. The first insulating layer is disposed above the light-emitting component. The touch part is disposed above the first insulating layer. The first transmission part is disposed above the substrate, wherein the first transmission part is electrically connected to the touch part. The first conductive connection structure penetrates through the first insulating layer. The second transmission part is disposed below the first transmission part, wherein the first transmission part is electrically connected to the second transmission part via the first conductive connection structure.

Abstract: Methods for manufacturing a display device are provided. A representative method includes: providing a substrate having a plurality of sub-pixel locations; providing a carrier substrate supporting a plurality of light emitting diodes (LEDs); conducting a testing to at least one of the plurality of LEDs on the carrier substrate; transferring at least a portion of the plurality of LEDs from the carrier substrate to the substrate; fixing the portion of the plurality of LEDs to the substrate; providing an insulator over the substrate; and providing a first electrode electrically connected to at least one of the portion of the plurality of LEDs.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing a light emitting device is provided. The method includes providing a substrate, disposing a plurality of light emitting elements on the substrate, disposing an insulating layer on the plurality of light emitting elements, patterning the insulating layer to form a partition wall defining a plurality of cavities corresponding to the plurality of light emitting elements, filling a light conversion ink in at least a part of the cavities, and baking the light conversion ink, wherein the partition wall is configured to block the light conversion ink from overflowing in the step of filling the light conversion ink in at least the part of the cavities.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a display device, including a display unit emitting an output light having an output spectrum corresponding to a highest gray level of the display device. A maximum peak of the output spectrum from 543 nm to 780 nm is defined as an intensity peak corresponding to a wavelength, an intensity integral of the output spectrum from the first wavelength to 780 nm is defined as a first intensity integral, and an intensity integral of the output spectrum from 543 nm to the first wavelength is defined as a second intensity integral. A ratio of an intensity integral of the output spectrum from 380 nm to 543 nm to a sum of the first intensity integral and the second intensity integral is greater than or equal to 0.05% and less than or equal to 4.00%.
