    Abstract: A micro detecting device includes a flying main body, at least one fluid actuation system, an image capture system and a controller. The fluid actuation system is disposed within the flying main body and includes a driving module, a flow guiding channel, a convergence chamber, plural valves and a fluid discharging zone. The driving module is consisting of plural flow guiding units for transporting fluid. The flow guiding channel includes plural diverge channels which are in fluid communication with plural connection channels. The convergence chamber is in fluid communication between the corresponding diverge channels. The valves are respectively disposed in the corresponding connection channels and controlled in open/closed state for the corresponding connection channels. The fluid discharging zone is in communication with the connection channels. The image capture system is used to capture external image. The controller is connected to the valves to control the valves in the open/closed state.

    Abstract: An actuating and sensing module includes a main body, an actuator and a gas sensor. The main body includes a partition, an inlet and an outlet. The space inside the main body is divided into a first compartment and a second compartment by the partition. The inlet and the outlet are in fluid communication with the first compartment and the second compartment respectively. The inlet, the first compartment, a communicating hole, the second compartment and the outlet form a gas channel within the main body. The actuator is sealed and disposed between the main body and the partition in the second compartment, wherein gas is introduced into the first compartment through the inlet, transported to the second compartment through the communicating hole, and discharged through the outlet by the actuator. The gas sensor is disposed in the first compartment and separated from the actuator for monitoring the gas on a surface thereof.

    Abstract: A gas transportation device includes an inlet plate, a substrate, a resonance plate, an actuating plate, a piezoelectric component and an outlet plate stacked sequentially. The gas transportation device includes a valve disposed within at least one of the inlet of the inlet plate and the outlet of the outlet plate. A first chamber is formed between the resonance plate and the actuating plate, and a second chamber is formed between the actuating plate and the outlet plate. When the piezoelectric component drives the actuating plate, a pressure gradient is formed between the first and second chambers and the valve is opened. Accordingly, gas is inhaled into the convergence chamber via the inlet, transported into the first chamber through a central aperture of the resonance plate, transported into the second chamber through a vacant space of the actuating plate, and then discharged out from the outlet, so as to transport the gas.

    Abstract: An actuating-type gas guiding device includes a main body and a piezoelectric actuator. The piezoelectric actuator is disposed in the main body. The piezoelectric actuator includes a suspension plate, an outer frame, at least one bracket and a piezoelectric element. The suspension plate has a first surface and a second surface. The suspension plate is permitted to undergo a bending vibration. The outer frame is arranged around the suspension plate. The at least one bracket is connected between the suspension plate and the outer frame for elastically supporting the suspension plate. The piezoelectric element is attached on the first surface of the suspension plate. In response to a voltage applied to the piezoelectric element, the suspension plate is driven to undergo the bending vibration in a reciprocating manner. Consequently, gas is guided to flow in the main body along a non-scattered linear direction.
