    Abstract: To enable at least dynamic waveform switching, at least one predefined bit, in a downlink control information comprising scheduling information for at least one uplink transmission, may have a first preset purpose and a second preset purpose. One or more preset first rules may be applied to determine whether to use the at least one predefined bit for the first preset purpose or for the second preset purpose. When the second preset purpose is used, at least a waveform for the at least one uplink transmission amongst waveforms comprising at least a first waveform and a second waveform is determined, according to one or more preset second rules, based on a value of the at least one predefined bit. The waveform determined is then used in the uplink transmission scheduled.

    Abstract: According to an example implementation, a method for frequency offset reporting includes transmitting, by a first transceiver, a first tracking reference signal to a user device in a wireless communication system, transmitting, by a second transceiver, a second tracking reference signal to the user device, receiving, by the base station, a channel state information (CSI) reporting signal via an uplink channel, where the CSI reporting signal includes power estimation information. The method includes determining whether to pre-compensate a frequency of a downlink signal with frequency offset information based on the power estimation information, and transmitting, by at least one of the first transceiver or the second transceiver, the downlink signal with the pre-compensated frequency in response to the determination to pre-compensate the frequency of the downlink signal.

    Abstract: Example embodiments of the present disclosure relate to methods, devices, apparatuses and computer readable storage medium for Random Access Channel (RACH) occasion (RO) dropping. In a method, a device determines a set of valid random access channel occasions (ROs) for a physical random access channel (PRACH) transmission with preamble repetitions. The device determines that the PRACH transmission is to be dropped in at least one RO of the set of valid ROs. The device determines one or more ROs of the set of valid ROs for calculation of a random access radio network temporary identifier (RA-RNTI), the one or more ROs for calculation of the RA-RNTI are not conditioned to whether the corresponding PRACH transmission over the one or more ROs is to be dropped. Then the device calculates the RA-RNTI based on the determined one or more ROs of the set of valid ROs.
